Aaron is managing director of debt and equity based in Northmarq's San Diego office. He specializes in providing capital solutions (debt and equity) for commercial real estate owners to facilitate construction, acquisitions and refinances.
During his tenure with Northmarq, Aaron has played a key role in arranging more than $1.3 billion in transactions for multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hotel, self-storage and land properties. Financing sources for these transactions include Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, insurance companies, CMBS lenders, institutional and private funds and commercial banks. Northmarq's extensive capital network and long-time correspondent relationship with more than 50 lenders provides direct access to a variety of capital solutions.
Aaron started his career in commercial real estate in 2003. He has been awarded the CCIM and MAI designations and is an active member in a number of real estate organizations, including the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate, NAIOP and ULI. He earned his bachelor's degree from San Diego State University.

Alan Sperling is a vice president in the Northmarq Fort Lauderdale office with more than 25 years of experience in land acquisition and development transactions in South Florida. His outstanding reputation has been built on multifamily and industrial land transactions for both outdoor storage facilities and small bay industrial use. Alan sources value-add multifamily properties for redevelopment in future growth areas throughout South Florida.
Alan's specialties include land use and zoning for commercial land parcels within the fastest growing markets in Martin Counties, Brevard, Treasure Coast, West Palm Beach and Broward County. He has also represented private equity groups on many commercial properties for value-add opportunities in investment sales.
Prior to Northmarq, Alan served as a senior associate at Avison Young and senior associate at Colliers International. Before Colliers, he served as a commercial developer at PBC R-Ventures, LLC.
Alan holds a B.S. from Florida Atlantic University. He is an active member of Professional Commercial Business Real Estate Group of Plantation, Florida, Palm Beaches & Martin County Chamber of Commerce, National Association Mortgage Professionals and is a community association manager with over 100 units of multifamily real estate.

Alex Kane is a senior vice president based out of Los Angeles and serves both Northmarq's Los Angeles and Newport Beach offices. He possesses more than 10 years of commercial real estate finance experience and has successfully closed in excess of $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions. His responsibilities include the origination, structuring and negotiations of debt and equity across all major asset classes.
Prior to joining Northmarq, Alex was a director in the Capital Markets Finance Group for JLL's Los Angeles office. Before this, he was a senior associate in the Los Angeles office of CBRE, part of their Debt and Structured Finance Group. He previously held positions at Jupiter Holdings LLC and Lyon Living, both headquartered in Newport Beach.

Alex Quenzler is a vice president in Northmarq's Phoenix regional office and has been in commercial real estate since 2014. Allan Lynch joined Northmarq in 2021, following 15 years of industry experience at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield. He focuses primarily on multifamily and institutional land investment advisory opportunities throughout the Carolinas and Southeast United States.
Prior to Northmarq, Allan served as managing director at JLL/HFF for six years, and as vice president at Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer, a Cushman & Wakefield regional affiliate. At C&W/Thalhimer, he founded the multifamily division and established a market-leading team within 18 months. Allan also worked for Engler Financial Group of Atlanta, where he was part of a team that closed more than $1.5 billion in investment sales and joint venture equity transactions, and spent time at Trammell Crow Company and Anglo Irish Bank in finance.

Amar Goli is a managing director in Northmarq's Charlotte, North Carolina office, where he joined in 2023. In addition to helping expand the Commercial Investment Sales division in the Carolinas and Mid-Atlantic regions, his focus includes the disposition of investment properties with an emphasis on industrial and retail net leased, build-to-suit and speculative development properties, as well as sale-leaseback transactions.
Amar is heavily involved with industrial properties in addition to shopping center and single-tenant retail properties. His clients include national and regional developers, industrial and retail tenants and private equity firms across the industrial manufacturing, 3PL logistics and shipping, automotive, restaurant and retail sectors.
Prior to Northmarq, Amar served as managing director of Industrial/Retail Transaction Services and Capital Markets at Sands Investment Group. In that role, he was responsible for the formation, growth and management of their Charlotte office in addition to his own investment sales production. Earlier in his career, Amar was a vice president at CBRE, as well as associate director of Retail and Industrial Net Leased Properties at Stan Johnson Company, which was acquired by Northmarq in October 2022.
Amar holds a Bacehlor of Science in economics from American University and is a member of ICSC, ULI and NAIOP. He is also a SIOR candidate.

Amy Moyer is managing director of Operations for Commercial Investment Sales based in Northmarq's Tulsa office. Amy is responsible for leading all day-to-day operations of the Commercial Investment Sales operations platform.
Amy knows that the corporate team plays a critical role in providing extraordinary service and outstanding value to our clients. Therefore, her passion is ensuring that the Northmarq platform provides unparalleled support to our brokers, allowing them to stay focused on the client. In her role, Amy oversees all corporate functions including marketing, research, accounting and finance, human resources, information technology, organizational development, legal, compliance and administrative services. Prior to Northmarq, Amy served as managing partner at Stan Johnson Company, where she was originally hired to lead the human resources division in 2003.
Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Amy served as the HR director for a non-profit organization. Additionally, she previously oversaw benefit plan administration for her clients in the real estate industry while working for SCGroup, Inc.
Amy graduated from Oklahoma State University with her B.S. in business administration. She is currently a member of NAIOP, ULI and CREW.

She is focused on fostering collaboration, innovation and insights across all offices, teams and individuals. Prior to SJC, Amy spent more than 25 years as a management consultant serving Fortune 500 clients in the high-tech manufacturing, business communications and healthcare vertical markets, where she led national strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, sales enablement and organizational change.
Amy earned an M.Div with distinction from Iliff School of Theology. Additionally, she holds an M.A. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Colorado, Denver. Her undergraduate achievements include a B.A. in communication and psychology, where she graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa honor society at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
