ANN C. KEATING

ANN C. KEATING is an Account Administrator at Newman Dignan & Sheerar, Inc and has over 20 years of trust management and investment experience. Prior to joining Newman Dignan & Sheerar, Inc, Ann was a Vice President for the Lee Krasner Group (formerly Kirkpatrick & Krasner) in Providence, Rhode Island. She also was a Vice President at BankBoston (formerly Rhode Island Hospital Trust) from 1980-1990. Ann was responsible for the administration of trust and investment accounts while at the bank. Ann received her Bachelor's degree from Rhode Island College in 1979 and graduated from Williams College School of Banking in 1985. Ann has her Series 65 license.

DAWN M. CARLSON

DAWN M. CARLSON is an Office Manager at Newman Dignan & Sheerar, Inc. She has over 30 years of experience in the investment industry. She attended Colby College and Rhode Island College. She is enrolled at the College of Financial Planning and is matriculating through their program to become a Certified Financial Planner. Dawn has her Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses along with her life/health and accident insurance license. Prior to joining Newman Dignan & Sheerar, Inc., Dawn was a Senior Registered Sales Assistant with Paine Webber in Providence, Rhode Island for over 15 years.

EDWARD D. BUXTON

EDWARD D. BUXTON has over 40 years of investment management experience. Prior to joining ND&S, Ed was a Senior Vice President and Investment Counselor with Fleet Investment Advisors in Providence. At Fleet, Ed managed trusts and investment accounts with a market value of over $1 billion. Ed began his career in 1969, working as a portfolio manager for Rhode Island Hospital Trust. He was manager of the investment group at Hospital Trust and became RI Regional Director of Investments for Bank Boston, overseeing the management of $5.6 billion in assets. Ed served as a lieutenant in the U. S. Navy from 1962-1966. Ed is a member of the Investment Committees of Butler Hospital and Care New England.

Erik S. Manchester

Prior to joining ND&S in May 2014, ERIK MANCHESTER was a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in Providence, RI since January 2011. At Morgan Stanley, he managed investment portfolios for high net-worth individuals, family trusts, endowments and retirement plans. Erik is currently enrolled in the College of Financial Planning and is a candidate for the Certified Financial Planner CFP® designation. Prior to entering the financial services industry, Erik worked as an Account Manager overseeing worldwide accounts for a specialized manufacturing company in North Kingstown, RI serving the offshore and military industry. Erik is a graduate of the College of Business at Florida State University, and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. He is Vice President of Education for Ocean State Toastmasters in Warwick, RI. Erik is a member of Potowomut Golf Club and is co-chair of their Membership Committee.

ISABEL M. BLAKELY

ISABEL M. BLAKELY is an Investment Administrator at Newman, Dignan & Sheerar, Inc. Prior to joining our firm, Isabel was with Columbia Management Advisors (formerly Fleet Investment Advisors) where she worked as an investment associate for senior institutional and personal investment managers. Her career spans over 25 years starting with Hospital Trust in 1979 and includes positions as an administrative assistant in trust administration and portfolio management. Isabel brings an affinity for customer care and responsiveness, all of which significantly contributes to NDS's growing customer service capabilities. *Please Note: Limitations. JOHN P. SHEERAR

JOHN P. SHEERAR, MBA has over 28 years of experience as an investment account manager and an estate and trust planner. Prior to joining ND&S, John was a First Vice President and Executive Account Manager at the Private Bank of Rhode Island Hospital Trust. At the Private Bank, John managed trusts and investment accounts with a market value of over $400 million. He served on the Bank's Account Administration Committee, the Real Estate Committee and was Chairman of the Charitable Trust Committee. John began his trust and investment career with the Washington Trust Company as a private banker and tax specialist. John attended Syracuse University and received an MBA in finance from the University of Rhode Island in 1982. He is also a graduate of the ABA National Trust School at Northwestern University.

William Newman

WILLIAM NEWMAN, CFP® has over 22 years of investment and trust management experience. Prior to joining ND&S, Bill served as an Assistant Vice President and Investment Counselor with the Private Bank of Rhode Island Hospital Trust in Providence. At the Private Bank, Bill was also the Bank's investment analyst for the transportation and media/publishing industries, and published numerous research articles. Bill is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering. He served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army and as a Major in the Army Reserves. Bill is a Certified Financial Planner, a graduate of the Canon Financial Institute, Charlotte N.C., and the United States Army Command & General Staff College. He is a former Treasurer for the Financial Planning Association of Rhode Island.

WILLIAM W. JENNINGS

WILLIAM W. JENNINGS, MBA has over 40 years of investment management experience. Prior to joining ND&S, Bill was a Senior Vice President in Fleet's Columbia Management Group where he was part of the Large Cap Core Equity Team. At Fleet, Bill managed both personal and institutional portfolios, as well as handling two common trust funds for the bank's clients. Bill began his investment career in 1967 with Commonwealth National Bank in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He joined RI Hospital Trust National Bank in 1972 and completed his thirty-five year career in banking in 2003 when he retired from Fleet Bank, successor to Hospital Trust and BankBoston. Bill graduated from Princeton University with an A.B. in 1965 and from the Pennsylvania State University with an MBA in 1972.
