Andrea L. Sussman

Andrea L. Sussman joined Nexus Properties in 1986 and is currently a Managing Member. Prior to joining Nexus, she was Vice President of Operations at Sherwood Leasing Company, a national automobile and equipment leasing company. As co-managing partner, Andrea's responsibilities at Nexus include marketing, lease negotiation and tenant relations for the 2.5 million square foot portfolio of office, retail, medical arts, and warehouse properties. Andrea also oversees the management functions of the company as well as sales, construction, and marketing of the residential assets of the Nexus portfolio. Her recent accomplishments include bid, design, and construction approvals for Thomas Edison College and Park Place at Mill Hill. Andrea has volunteered for nonprofit organizations in her community and served on boards including the Jewish Community Center, Adath Israel, Jewish Federation, Mercer Chamber of Commerce, Greenacres Country Club, Mercer County Economic Board, and the Corestates Bank Advisory Board.

Dante Germano - CFO, COO

Dante joined Nexus Properties in 1990 as Chief Financial Officer and became Chief Operating Officer in 2002. He has been responsible for negotiating and closing over 30 private and public financings totaling in excess of $500 million. He previously held positions at LCOR, a national real estate developer, and KPMG, an international accounting firm. As such, he has contributed to the growth of the Company through his financial and accounting expertise. As Chief Operating Officer, Dante currently oversees the day to day management of the Company. In this capacity, he is involved in all aspects of the business including development, property management, construction, finance, and leasing. Dante is concentrating his efforts on redevelopment and is currently working with the Borough of Glassboro and Rowan University on the Rowan Boulevard Redevelopment Project. Dante and his wife, Diana, have established a four year partial scholarship at Rowan University which is awarded annually to a Glassboro High School graduate based on financial need and academic performance. Married for 33 years, Dante and Diana have three grown daughters and three grandchildren. He and his wife reside in Pennington, NJ. Jeffrey Sussman

Jeffrey Sussman is a Managing Member of Nexus Properties, a fully integrated real estate development company that builds, owns and manages the majority of its assets. Jeff oversees the site selection, approvals, construction and building operations and management functions of the company, and is responsible for new project development. Due to Jeff's foresight, Nexus has been named the developer of record for Southern Ocean County Hospital Comprehensive Health Village, a complex of office, retail, residential parking and clinical facilities to serve the health needs of Southern Ocean County. Since its inception, Jeff has been with Nexus Properties (formerly known as Sherwood development). He is responsible for the earliest development projects including major renovations of older buildings in Trenton into modern office space, such as the 600,000 square foot TRW manufacturing and warehousing facility and the New Jersey lottery headquarters. His achievements over the past 30 years have totaled development of over 2,500,000 square feet of office, residential housing units, structured garages, and retail development. Michael Ciesielka - CIO

Michael has been involved with Nexus Parking Systems facilities for over 30 years. Michael started with Nexus as a parking attendant during his undergraduate years at Rider College. After graduation in 1989, he joined the Nexus team and helped implement many changes to the parking organization and the revenue control systems. Along with managing all Nexus parking facilities, he has written several computer programs to prepare management reports and achieve tighter control overall revenues, expenses and operations. Under Michael's supervision, efficiency and profits have improved dramatically. In 1994, Michael assisted in the design and construction of the Trenton Park & Ride garage. In June 2003, Michael was promoted to president of Nexus Parking System based on his role in expanding the current parking operations to over 10,000 spaces. Michael assisted in the design, construction and operation of the Hamilton Station Park & Ride Garage in 2006 and Rowan Blvd Parking Garage in 2012. Ronda joined Nexus Properties in 2015 as Vice President of Marketing. Ronda is responsible for planning, organizing, development and supervision of Marketing and Leasing programs related to enhancing, promoting, developing and encouraging business attraction, retention and growth in the Borough of Glassboro and for Nexus Properties. Prior to joining Nexus, Ronda held positions with the Borough of Glassboro as their Business Development Director as well as with the City of Woodbury as their Economic Development Director. Ronda brings to Nexus Properties demonstrated success in a business lead environment and proven expertise with a strong ability to improve processes, maximize productivity, and introduce system efficiencies.
