Andre Rzym is a partner and portfolio manager at Man AHL. He is responsible for identifying alternative markets and developing pricing and systematic trading models for Man AHL. This work has included interest rate swaps, credit default swaps, cash bonds, TBAs, catastrophe bonds, cryptocurrencies and others.
Before joining Man AHL in 2005, Andre worked at JPMorgan, where he traded emerging-market interest rate and credit default swaps. He has also worked at Greenwich Capital and SwissRe.

Barry Fitzgerald is Co-Head of Front-office Engineering at Man Group. He is jointly responsible for all alpha generating technology delivered to Man Group's investment teams; overseeing including their research and trading systems, Man Group's central trading technology and quant platform teams; and working closely with the research and operations teams within Man Group.
Barry joined Man Group in 2008, initially working on the firm's ecommerce operations. Since then, he has worked in a number of areas at Man Group, including trading cost analysis, risk, portfolio construction, ESG and technology tools for discretionary portfolio managers.

Nicholas Barberis is the Stephen and Camille Schramm Professor of Finance at the Yale School of Management, where he works on behavioral finance, and specifically on building psychologically-realistic models of market fluctuations and investor behavior. He is the co-author, with Richard Thaler, of the most-cited survey of behavioral finance research. He is the founder and lead instructor of the Yale Summer School in Behavioral Finance. In 2015, he took over from Robert Shiller and Richard Thaler as the organiser of the leading academic conference in behavioral finance. Professor Barberis holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Cambridge University and a Ph.D. in Business Economics from Harvard. He joined the Man Group Academic Advisory Board in 2013.

Professor Campbell R. Harvey, an expert financial economist, has been an investment strategy advisor to Man Group since 2005 and has contributed to a variety of research produced by the firm. Most recently, Professor Harvey co-authored ‘The Impact of Volatility Targeting', which won ‘Outstanding Article of 2018' from the prestigious Journal of Portfolio Management. His prior research on differentiating luck from skill won ‘Best Article' in both the 2016 and 2015 Bernstein Fabozzi/Jacobs Levy Awards, and he has published more than 125 scholarly articles on topics spanning investment finance, emerging markets, corporate finance, behavioural finance, financial econometrics and computer science.

Carol Ward is Head of Solutions for Man Group, responsible for driving growth across the business. Carol helps clients to achieve their outcomes through the firm's extensive investment platform, powered by Man Group's diverse investment engines combined with the firm's external manager selection capabilities. In addition, she is also a co-lead of Man Group's Responsible Investment platform, responsible for oversight and business management.
Carol was previously President and Chief Operating Officer of Man GLG. Prior to joining Man GLG, Carol was at Man AHL, where she held a number of roles, most recently as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Man Group in 2010, she worked at Fidelity International.

Daniel (‘Dan') Taylor is CIO of Man Numeric. He also serves on the Man Numeric Investment Committee.
Dan has had multiple roles at Man Numeric since joining as an intern in 1998, including director of small cap strategies, head of hedge fund strategies, and senior member of Man Numeric's strategic alpha research team. During his tenure at Man Numeric, Dan has conducted a wide range of research, including areas such as momentum, earnings quality, valuation, investor behavior, and market timing.

Dixit was Chief Financial Officer at Credit Suisse from October 2022 until the sale of Credit Suisse to UBS. Prior to this, Dixit was at Deutsche Bank from 2010 to 2022 where he held a wide range of senior roles including Group Treasurer, Head of the Fixed Income Institutional Client Group, Global Head of Prime Finance, Head of Equities for EMEA and for Asia Pacific. Ed Fang is the Director of Research at Man Numeric and serves on Man Numeric's Investment and Management Committees.
Prior to his current role, Ed has been overseeing day-to-day firm-wide research at Man Numeric in his capacity as the Deputy Director of Research since 2016. Ed joined Man Numeric in 2005 and has been actively engaged in a broad spectrum of research, ranging from bottom-up alpha models to top-down dynamic asset allocation. He has also been responsible for developing multiple innovation portfolios within Man Numeric's absolute return and alternative risk premium strategies.
Ed received a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Economics and Management Information Science from Fudan University in China. He also received a doctorate degree in financial economics from Duke University. Ed is a CFA® charterholder.

Emidio Sciulli is Director of Fast Trading Strategies and a member of Man AHL's management and investment committees.
Emidio oversees research, development and portfolio management of AHL's fast alpha strategies, liquidity making and taking strategies across all asset classes and is responsible for wider trade optimization across all AHL trading flow. He created the Fast Trading unit at Man AHL in 2013 and has been developing it since.
Previously, he held several other positions, including serving as Head of FX and Deputy Head of Commodities, where he led the development of macro, fundamental and technical signals across Currencies and Commodities. He joined Man AHL in 2008 as researcher in the quant macro area.
Emidio holds a BSc in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan and an MSc in Financial Economics from Oxford University.

Graham Robertson is a partner and Head of Client Portfolio Management at Man AHL and is a member of the investment and management committees. He has overall responsibility for investor engagement, new product development, and client communication across Man AHL's range of quantitative strategies.
Prior to joining Man AHL in 2011, Graham developed capital structure arbitrage strategies at KBC Alternative Investment Management and equity derivative relative value models for Vicis Capital. He started his career at Credit Suisse in fixed income before moving to Commerzbank, where he established the relative value team and subsequently became Head of Credit Strategy.
Graham holds a DPhil from the University of Oxford in Seismology and a BSc in Geophysics from the University of Edinburgh.

Gregory (‘Greg') Bond is CEO of Man Numeric, Head of the Americas for Man Group, and lead portfolio manager for Man Group's flagship multi-strategy fund. He also serves on the Man Group Executive Committee and the Man Numeric Investment Committee.
Previously, Greg was director of research at Man Numeric, responsible for research initiatives, including the day-to-day management of Man Numeric's strategic alpha research team. Before becoming director of research, he was a portfolio manager for various hedge fund strategies at Numeric as well as being co-head of its hedge fund group, having joined in 2003.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and in biology from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.

Heidi Roderick is the chief operating officer at Man Numeric. She is responsible for all operation oversight and is a member of Man Numeric's Management and Operating Committees.
Heidi has also served as a strategic initiatives project manager at Man Numeric and previously worked in the Technology team supporting projects and daily operations. Prior to joining Man Group in 2007, Heidi worked for Fidelity Investments.

Ian Swallow is Director of Business and Operations at Man AHL and is a member of the management committee. Prior to joining Man AHL in October 2022, Ian was Chief Operating Officer of Man Global Private Markets, and Head of Global Sales Product Management.
