Brian has been a valuable member of Neuman Group's Design-Build team since 1998. He coordinates in-house staff and external partners to ensure that every Client gets the best results and service possible. As a project manager of large commercial and public projects, Brian successfully executes multiple project responsibilities including; provision of engineering direction, consultant coordination, drawing quality review and conformance of project construction with design documents. Brian is a member of the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying® and is a licensed Civil and Environmental Engineer holding professional registrations in 33 States and Provinces in the United States and Canada. In 2009, Brian was recognized for his special accomplishments in the water leisure industry and awarded the World Waterpark Association Executive Board Award. He has served the industry on many committees including the Writing Committee for Association of Pools & Spa Professionals ANSI/APSP-16 2011 Standard Suction Fittings for Use in Swimming Pools, Wading Pools, Spas, and Hot Tubs. Brian's unwavering commitment to our Clients and projects is unparalleled and we all benefit from his incredible work ethic and team dedication.

Charles (Chuck) Neuman - Founder

Charles "Chuck" Neuman, co-founder of Neuman Group, has a broad range of experience in the design and construction of aquatic facilities, demonstrating diversity in size, scope and function. His experience includes indoor and outdoor, public and private projects varying from family aquatic centers to large commercial destination waterparks and resorts in the United States and abroad. He is well known in the aquatic, waterpark, and entertainment industry and has been the recipient of Aquatics International Power 25, been recognized and has been a board member of the World Waterpark Association, participated in the Model Aquatic Health Code 2013 from its inception, and has spoken at many industry conferences. Chuck has been personally involved in projects from conceptual planning through design and development of the engineering and mechanical designs to pool start-up and operations. Participation in the industry and a hands-on role in the company have resulted in new and innovative design, placing Neuman Group at the leading edge of aquatic industry standards and development.

George Sells

George Sells is the Director of the WTI Creative Studio that brings client visions to life. During his nearly 30 years in the themed entertainment industry, his visionary approach to developing immersive, unique and innovative concepts has been instrumental in shaping the enjoyable experiences for waterpark and theme park visitors around the globe. As a registered architect and former theme park operator, George ensures operational and constructible sensibilities are infused into each waterpark solution generated by WTI. George's thoughtful approach to building client relationships and ensuring project success has been key to WTI's success since he joined the team in 2014.

Meaghan Rosenthal

Meaghan has been a member of the Neuman Group Design-Build team since 2015. She applies her knowledge of architecture, combined with her in-depth waterpark design experience, to all the Neuman Group projects. Meaghan harnesses her skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and the Adobe Suite to work with project managers and Clients to design and coordinate projects from front-end, conceptual work through to construction. Meaghan's adaptable personality has helped her to view each project through a different lens, perfectly matching the needs of all stakeholders.

Nick has spoken at various industry events, including the World Waterpark North American conferences, and in 2012, was named one of Aquatics International Power 25 as one of the industry's most influential people in the waterpark and aquatics industry.
