Next Generation Family Practice, PLLC is excited to announce our practice will become Patient Central as of January 4, 2016. Patients will benefit from extended hours, urgent care services 365 days a year, and additional on-site services, including labs, x-rays and cardiovascular consultations provided by Same Day Heart Care. Our new facility will be located at 2510 Lake Lansing Rd. across from Eastwood Towne Center. We will continue to provide further updates as the transition draws near.
