Debbie is the office manager and a Morristown native as well. Her family's love for gardening has helped her in the knowledge it takes to be an office manager for a landscape company. She and her husband, Jimmie, have raised 3 children in the Morristown area. Debbie is a dedicated member of the team here at Nigh Group. Her joy for the Lord spills over into all areas of her life, she encourages the team, daily, in their day to day activities.

If ever there were a child prodigy in landscaping, Nathan's name would be on it. His love for the landscape began at an early age. It started when he mowed his first yard at the age of 9. Just as Nathan grew, his vision for beautiful outdoor gardens and hardscapes grew. Nathan and his lovely wife, Kallie, along with their son, Lincoln, call the Morristown area home. Lincoln brings a smile to everyone's face with his visits to see Daddy.

Norman is the general manager for Nigh Group Landscapes, he brings knowledge and many years of experience to the landscape field. His knowledge helps immensely in the day to day operations of the company. He has an easy going demeanor and is a joy to work with. He and his wonderful wife, Charlotte, have a vast love for the outdoors and are a wonderful blessing to the Nigh Group family.
