Doug is licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) and Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) in Washington (#28023), Montana (#9953) and Idaho (#6854). He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Idaho and is continuing education in Advanced Foundation Engineering (CE 562), Engineering Hydrology(CE 421) and Earthquake Engineering(CE 566) via the University of Idaho. And has complete accredited PMBOK training as a Project Management Professional. Doug has over 35 years of experience in the engineering and surveying profession. He has a diverse background in the Civil Engineering fields of road, storm drainage, gravity sewer, & site grading planning and designs. Doug is a well-versed civil engineer and understands client concerns regarding schedules and budgets as well as objectives for aesthetics, quality and constructability. He has been an expert witness in the areas of storm drainage and construction plan preparation. Over his career, Doug has developed considerable experience in the following major areas of engineering: Hydrology and hydrologic engineering for comprehensive plans and storm drainage plans Project designs for regional and small onsite storm drainage projects Civil designs for site grading, gravity sewer systems, sewer lift stations, water distribution systems for potable water, and bid specifications for construction Structural and geotechnical engineering to provide continuity and balance between soils investigations Foundation and structural designs for residential and light commercial wood frame and timber structures Construction Management, Value Engineering and Cost Estimating for Civil Engineering projects Doug is also an active licensed Land Surveyor, which provides the background necessary to provide a complete project from initial project conception, through data gathering, and through construction staking/as-built.

Kim has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas and became a registered engineer in training from texas in 1990. She is a Certified Erosion & Sedimentation Control Lead and has complete accredited PMBOK training as a Project Management Professional. Kim has 19 years engineering experience in design, manufacturing and construction management. Kim's experience includes design and construction of public works projects including project scoping, grant application, project design, preparation of plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E), project permitting, bidding and bid tabulation, construction management, grant management and project documentation control for compliance with state and federal funding requirements.
