Anna has been on New Day's team since 1999, fulfilling various roles in the Therapeutic Group Homes, Mental Health Center, & Administration. She has a long history of serving those in need. From volunteer work in India, to inner city youth in Minneapolis, to tsunami-relief efforts in Thailand, she has always been drawn to diverse cultures. Being part of New Day's involvement with Montana's Native American Reservations has been a particular highlight throughout the years. Anna earned Bachelor's Degrees in Education & Psychology from Concordia University, minoring in International Studies & Family Studies with a concentration in Early Childhood, and received a Master's Degree in Public Relations from MSU-B. Austin Anderson is originally from Lewistown, Montana. After completing high school, Austin embarked on a military career, gaining valuable experiences and shaping his character along the way. Motivated to pursue higher education, Austin enrolled at MSU, where he further honed his skills and broadened his knowledge. Following his time in Bozeman, Austin's deep compassion for at risk youth led him to work with multiple non-profit organizations. Specializing in direct care for abused and neglected youth, as well as those facing severe emotional disturbances, Austin became a steadfast advocate for these young individuals, providing support and guidance during their most challenging times. New Day recognized Austin's unwavering commitment and dedication, and after 5 years of service gave a well-deserved promotion. Now serving as the Youth Empowerment and Program Analyst, Austin oversees the integrity of the youth programs, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children they serve. She has worked as a psychotherapist for over 7 years and specializes in the treatment of trauma, relationships, communication and co-occurring addiction and mental health disorders. Working from a solution focused framework. Jessica's approach is influenced by her empathy for others and extroverted personality. She has a strong desire to learn and understand each person's individual strengths and challenges in the therapeutic relationship. "My values include resilience, courage, and determination. I do not believe in failure, as soon as we learn the lesson, we can move past any issue life throws at us." Jessica's passion to help others is evident in her daily practices. Rebecca was born and raised in Spring Texas where she discovered her passion for working in the human services field. She earned an Associate of Applied Science in Human Services as well as a certificate in chemical dependency counseling through Lone Star College in Montgomery County Texas. Rebecca then went on to earn a Bachelors of Applied Arts and Science in Human Services through Sam Houston State University. Rebecca began her career working as a licensed chemical dependency counselor intern serving adolescents who struggle with substance abuse related concerns. She provided outpatient counseling services to adolescents, assisted with creating an alternative peer group (APG) for teens, and provided clinical support to youth who attended Archway Academy, the largest recovery school in the nation. Rebecca is currently licensed as an addiction counselor in the state of Texas as well as in Montana. Currently, Rebecca is the Director of Youth Admissions and the licensed addiction counselor for the youth programs at New Day, she is also a member of NAADAC.

Stephanie Adkins

Stephanie Adkins went to school at Montana State University-Billings where she studied and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Sociology as well as an Associates Degree in Addiction Related Studies. She is licensed with the State of Montana as a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). Stephanie holds accreditation with the Crisis Prevention Institute as an instructor for Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), for therapeutic de-escalation techniques. She has extensive experience as a member of the Explorer's Academy (Headstart) Policy Council; 2004-2019. She has broad clinical experience working with adolescents struggling with addictions. She ran an adolescent-male, residential treatment facility from 2018-2019, focusing on cultural and outdoor behavioral modification. Stephanie currently holds a position as Director of Outreach and Engagement as well as Drug Court Treatment Liaison for New Day, Inc., Her responsibilities include representing all treatment clients to one of four Judicial courts, New Day, Inc. contractually provides treatment for in Yellowstone County, as well as working alongside the CEO for ongoing focus into expanding and improving services at New Day. Stephanie was born in Sheridan, WY and has resided in Billings since 1988. She enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, sewing, home improvements and spending time with her four children and mom. She has been serving New Day clients since 2015.
