Founder of Mantis, with close to 20 years of experience in the interactive media landscape. Ronel is one of the first opinion leaders and masters in the national arena. Ronel is the head of interactive studies in the Visual Communication department at the Bezalel Academy for Art and Design.

With 15+ years of executive level experience leading multinational technological and engineering organizations in startups and corporates, Segev leads NGSoft's technology aspects, evolving in new technologies and organizational methodologies. Previously, Segev held executive positions as R&D Executive and CTO in various corporates and startups and was responsible for all aspects of software products innovation, design delivery and support. Segev holds a B.Sc. In Mathematics and computer sciences from Ben Gurion University.

Following his military service as a Senior Officer in the IDF Air Force, Sharon managed projects and strategic marketing activities in the fields of Image Processing and Video during his eight years at Ness. Shay Zingher has more than 10 years of experience in management and business development across various high-tech areas. He brings extensive experience to continuously grow NGSoft business and position it as the leading creative technology company in the market. Prior to joining NGSoft Shay served as VP Business Development & Marketing at Ness Technologies, a global provider of IT services and solutions. He was responsible for business development both in Israel and internationally. Before that, Shay held various R&D, business development and Marketing positions at Rafael, a leading Defense integrator in Israel. He also served as an academic R&D Officer in the Israeli Air Force. Shay holds a B.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel's Institute of Technology.
