Fredrik Hillelson is the founder and CEO of Novare Human Capital AB, Swedens leading HR-company. He founded it in 2001 together with Investor AB. Fredrik has primarily concentrated on recruitment to boards of directors, CEOs, and senior management level positions and is active in over 30 such recruitments every year. He works with both international and Swedish companies in the private sector, arts & culture, foundations, business, associations, and public institutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Stockholm University and an Officer's degree from the Marine Officers Academy. Fredrik previously worked as Human Resources Director at Investor AB, Accenture Sweden, and was Expatriate Staff Manager at Scania. Novare was founded in 2001 by Investor AB and me. I was convinced that there was much that could be changed and improved in our industry, and this has certainly proven true. Simply looking at our growth since then shows how our approach is appreciated by our customers.
