All Oak Terrace residents are required to fill out a Texas Apartment Association Rental Application. No application fee applies... Oak Terrace signs a 6-month lease with NO reletting fee, which means if the tenant breaks the 6-month lease the only penalty is forfeiting the $250 security deposit. After the 6-month lease has been fulfilled the tenant may sign a lease renewal or may go month to month at no extra fee. The security deposit will be refunded minus damages with a 30-day written notice and the 6-month contract fulfilled. Water is paid, the tenant is responsible for electric, telephone and cable.
