Amanda Hernandez

Amanda Hernandez is an experienced Social Media and Marketing Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry. She is the newest member of the Oasis Community Management Team. She has been with us for a short time, but has shown promising efforts in improving our google ratings, updating and organizing the Oasis Community Management website, arranging each community site with updated and helpful information, and increasing the SEO of our brand visibility.

Celinda Salas

Job Titles:
  • Accounting Specialist
Celinda Salas has been in Community Management for the past 12 years. She has held several different positions while in the industry from Community Assistant to Community Manager. In 2008 Celinda achieved her Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM®) designation and maintains this designation through annual CEU credits which includes an Annual Law update. She currently assists Elizabeth Franco in a number of duties in the accounting department. Celinda is also ready to help with owners questions and concerns. With the knowledge and the experience that Celinda has she is a great asset to the Oasis team as well as to our owners.

Cynthia Aguilar

Cynthia Aguilar has been in the Community Management industry for 5 years in several positions within Oasis. She has also received training in the industry to obtain her Certified Arizona Association Support Professional (CAASP®). She excels at managing the day to day in the office including the ever so important tracking and distributing of the Architectural Requests and handling Compliance issues both in and out of the office. Her duties include answering homeowner phone calls, updating account information, answering billing questions, and assisting with the enforcement of association collection policies and compliance regulations. Cynthia is a great team player and is always willing to lend a helping hand when needed.

Danielle Miglio

Danielle comes to Oasis with 15 years of experience working in Social Services and Nonprofits. Danielle also comes to us as a former trainer at the U-Haul Corporate office where she trained others on customer service and sales. Though Danielle is new to the property management industry her case management experience and customer service experience have come in handy in her new position with Oasis. Her duties include answering homeowner phone calls, updating records and updating our resale disclosure packets. Many times homeowners need to be heard and validated when they bring us concerns. Danielle's experience in social services brings a new sense of empathy to the communities we serve.

Elizabeth Franco

Elizabeth Franco has worked in the Community Association Industry for 11 years. She has experience in multiple areas in community management. As a full-time community manager, and after completing the CAAM® certification from Arizona Association of Community Managers), she has had the pleasure of working directly with the Board of Directors and builders alike. She has successfully assisted during the transition of builder to homeowner HOA control with several associations and with construction defect issues with builders. She has also conducted Board trainings for all transitioning communities, including updating Board when a new law has come into effect. Prior to her certification and managing, she has assisted the accounting and administrative duties prior to becoming a full-time community manager. She assisted in the collection process, creating budgets, and preparing community financials. As an Assistant Manager, she assisted in communicating directly with homeowners, gathering proposals from vendors, and assisted on property with the Board.

Mary Hernandez

Mary Hernandez has gained experience by serving as a community manager for the past 12 years.   With knowledge acquired through experience in managing homeowner associations and extensive training and certification, she is quick to meet the needs of a community.  She also has an extensive accounting background while working at a regional CPA firm that performed Audits and Consulting for Arizona Homeowner Associations.  She has business experience and the expertise of serving on HOA and Non Profit Boards so she brings a perspective "from the other side of the table".  She works to be certain the board and the homeowners stay in compliance with the CC&Rs and documents of the community and Arizona statutes but with a gentle touch.  Mary has undergone extensive training to achieve her Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM®) designation and maintains this designation through annual CEU credits which includes an Annual Law update. It is very important to Oasis to provide services with the personal touch while maintaining and abiding by the ethics in which we have committed to through our membership in the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM).   With this as a priority, Mary also serves as the Board Chair on the Professional Standards Committee for AACM which works to address any ethics issues of the members of AACM.  This ensures that the membership is held to a higher professional standard in which we believe in at Oasis.

Monica Santoyo

Monica has come to us from 5 years of Property Management, Assistant Managing and also has a extensive financial and accounting background. Her experience in property management and accounting has been a huge asset to Oasis making her transition nothing but an easy one. She has also received specific training to obtain her Certified Arizona Association Support Professional. Monica is highly qualified to take care of multiple financial needs for any community. Her smile, warm personality and extreme work ethic make her a great pleasure to work with. The Oasis Team is very happy to have her and is excited to see what the future has in store.
