Bridget's expansive knowledge, creativity, and passion for the hotel industry have been recognized with multiple industry accolades.

Colin Noble - CEO, President

Colin Noble brings more than 40 years of hotel experience to the table. Originally from Northern Ireland, Colin came to the United States via Canada in 1991 to create Noble Hospitality. Colin's creative European background in the independent hotel industry merged with American franchise operations has provided the chemistry that has enabled our Midwestern-based management company to grow, expand, and operate many franchised and independent hotels and restaurants.

Jeff Macko

Jeff Macko joined Noble Hospitality in 1995 as a General Manager and was promoted to Area Manager in 1998. Now, as V.P. of Operations, Jeff coordinates the day-to-day operations and revenue management for Noble Hospitality. He has over 30 years of success managing select service, full service and extended stay brands within the IHG, Hilton, Marriot and Choice portfolios for Noble Hospitality. Jeff obtained his degree in Accounting from Marycrest College in 1988.

Joey Athon joined the Noble Hospitality team in 1995 in the Kansas corporate office. Her prior studies at Kansas State University led her to a degree in Management. Since that time, she has been involved with various aspects of the company, both in the field and at our Manhattan, Kansas office. Her career path has been punctuated by several special projects that have showcased her adaptability across multifaceted roles.

Mark Stumm

Mark Stumm joined Noble Hospitality in 1991 and brings many years of in-depth experience in all aspects of hotel and restaurant management to the table. After graduating with a degree in hotel management from his home state of Minnesota, Mark gained valuable experience by successfully managing several Hotel Management departments, quickly advancing to General Manager. In addition to his hotel background, Mark has solid experience in the travel and tour business and has also developed several successful restaurant brands.

Terry Thom

Terry Thom began his career with Noble Hospitality in 1994 as member of the company's Canadian office where he became a member of the Certified General Accountants Society of Manitoba and earned a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree from the University of Calgary. With his knowledge and experience in all facets of hospitality accounting and operations, Terry advanced to head the Kansas City accounting office, earned his CPA, and as of 2022 manages the corporate operations division. His leadership fosters teamwork and promotes dedication to the company and its guests, employees, and stakeholders.
