Dallas Smith

Dallas is an associate with Clarke Johnston Estabrooks & Miller. She maintains a broad-based litigation practice, with a focus on civil and family matters. She also handles wills & estates, real estate and criminal law matters. Dallas obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, minoring in Computer Science, from the University of Calgary in 2005. She then completed her Bachelor of Law at the University of Saskatchewan in 2008, and was called to the bar in Saskatchewan in 2009. Dallas has worked at both large and small private firms, and just prior to joining Clarke Johnston Estabrooks & Miller in early 2020, spent seven years engaged in securities litigation at a treasury board crown corporation for the Province. Dallas has represented clients before all levels of court in Saskatchewan, as well as at the Federal Court of Appeal. She also has experience as an adjudicator, having served as a Hearing Officer on behalf of the Office of Residential Tenancies.

Eric D. M. Miller

Eric grew up in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, where he attended university to obtain degrees in biochemistry, philosophy and law. He articled at a small firm in Regina in 2010 after graduating from law school and joined our office in 2014. He became a partner in 2017. Eric is currently a governor of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers' Association and has been a member of the Saskatchewan Health Authority Research Ethics Board since 2013. Eric has successfully represented clients before all levels of court in Saskatchewan and maintains a practice in corporate commercial and general civil litigation, as well as personal injury and WCB claims. In recent years, Eric has established a practice in all areas of blockchain and cryptocurrency law, an area in which he has extensive knowledge and experience.

Jeffrey W. Estabrooks

Jeff grew up in Regina, and attended the University of Regina and then went to Law School at the University of Saskatchewan, graduating in 1993. Jeff articled in Regina and then practised at a private firm for 2 years. In 1997, Jeff began working for SGI and continued working for SGI until December, 2014. In January 2015, Jeff opened Estabrooks Law Office, a sole practice where he concentrated on Residential Real Estate and Wills and Estates. In March 2017, Jeff joined Noble Johnston Law Office as an associate, continuing his concentration on Residential Real Estate and Wills and Estates until becoming a partner on January 1st, 2021 when the office became Clarke Johnston Estabrooks & Miller Law Office. Jeff continues to practice mainly in the area of residential real estate. Jeff enjoys golf and volleyball when he can, and spends much of his spare time with his two dogs, Sammy and Mya, or volunteering with The Pack Project, a Regina-based dog rescue.

Kevin A. Clarke

Kevin is one of our partners, and maintains a general practice of law. He has a particular emphasis on Wills and Estates, as well as general business advising. Kevin has practiced in Regina since 1990, being associated or a partner with our firm since 2002. In addition to advising roles, he has appeared at every level of courts in Saskatchewan as well as the Supreme Court of Canada, and has represented clients before administrative tribunals in all of the western Canadian provinces, most often dealing with Worker's compensation matters.

Maureen S. Dumonceaux

Maureen S. Dumonceaux was born in Vancouver, B.C. and did her undergraduate work at Simon Fraser University. She moved to Saskatchewan in 1983. In 1986 she obtained her LL.B. with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan. Maureen articled with Saskatchewan Justice and was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1987. She has also served on the Board of Revision, which hears tax assessment appeals for the City of Regina from 1997-2008. Maureen practices in the areas of family law, wills and estates and real estate. In addition to practicing law, Maureen is active in the operation of a family farm.

William T. Johnston

Bill Johnston was born and raised in Regina. He attended Kitchener School where he graduated in 1972. He then went on to Scott Collegiate where he obtained his Grade XII diploma in 1976. Bill immediately enrolled at the University of Regina which he graduated in 1981 with a Bachelor of Administration Degree, with Distinction. He received his Bachelor of Law in 1982, thereafter obtaining employment with Noble, Karwandy & Associates in Regina, which became Noble Johnston Law Office, and is now Clarke Johnston Estabrooks & Miller Law Office. Bill became a partner in the firm in 1986. Real Estate Law was Bill's preferred area of practice. With over 27 years of experience, he passed on considerable knowledge and expertise to the firm during his years of practice. Bill retired from the firm in December of 2021.
