Rustam M. Nazrisho is a senior partner at Nazrisho & Mirzoev, LLC. His practice encompasses Corporate Law, International Finance Law, Litigation, Real Estate and Business Transactions. Mr. Nazrisho assisted in legal support and maintenance of many various operations, including but not limited to advising international lenders in relation to loans to Tajikistani banks; issues surrounding participation in the Tajik securities market, guarantees and collaterals. Mr. Nazrisho represented corporate clients in the United States in all aspects of commercial disputes. He successfully represented builders in construction litigation in New York State Courts. He was involved in representation of numerous international real estate developers as well as sellers in residential and commercial transactions.
