Adair E. Pagnotta

Adair's early interest in architecture, affinity for color, and natural creativity paved the way for a career in interior design, and her success across diverse architectural markets have been honored in numerous national trade publications. As a Senior Associate and Director of Hospitality and Senior Living Interiors, Adair supports the firm's continued growth and strategic planning in the hospitality and senor living industry.

Bradley A. Boal

Brad is a practiced project manager with insight on architectural construction, who brings more than 20 years of experience in design, programming, planning, and construction for healthcare and senior living projects.

Brenda L. Mowen

  • Construction Administration Assistant
As construction administration assistant, Brenda provides support to Noelker and Hull's architects and project managers throughout the course of construction administration for senior living, healthcare, higher education, religious, civic, and government projects. She interacts between design teams, engineers, contractors, and owners. She maintains projects at the onset of start-up and/or ground breaking and sees that projects are completed within the realm of project specifications.

Brent L. Shank

From working in his dad's residential construction company at a young age, Brent became interested in building. After spending 15 years working in the commercial modular industry, both as a carpenter and draftsman, he now is a lead technical drafter for Noelker and Hull. Competent in the use of technology and proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, Brent is responsible for creating technical drawings of projects scaled to site measurements and detailed project plans. He works with our team of drafters to complete 3D modeling in Revit as well as maintain master files of standards for Revit and AutoCAD detail library for accuracy and efficiency of drawings.

Brian L. Kuhns

Since joining Noelker and Hull as a registered architect, Brian has led numerous large scale projects for continuing care retirement communities with various levels of care. His experience includes skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, short term rehab, dialysis, and memory support facilities. Additionally, Brian has experience working with the various review and code requirements of these types of facilities at the state and local level including PA Department of Health and PA Department of Human Services. Brian's state and local experience extends beyond Pennsylvania to Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Delaware, West Virginia, and Florida. His portfolio includes several Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design® (LEED) projects.

Cassie L. Kennedy

Cassie prides herself in her versatility and integration throughout the entire design process. Chad M. Flickinger

With a career focused in the hospitality sector, Chad has been instrumental in assisting with Noelker and Hull's continued growth and strategic planning in the hospitality industry. His background includes the design of country clubs, city clubs, hotels, senior living, and high-end residential projects. Chad is a lover of all things vintage. On the weekends you can find him wearing his other work hat as an antiques and collectibles dealer, selling vintage wares at a local antique mall.

Christopher Broders

With a passion for detail and a gift for translating an architectural vision into built work, Chris brings twenty-five years of experience to our team. Educated at Boise State University and the University of Utah, he has found that his niche in a design firm is to help effectively translate the design concept into effective construction documents. He excels at thoughtful execution of materials and in communicating design ideas to both owner and contractor. The same energy and enthusiasm that he brings to Noelker and Hull is evident outside of the office as well. Chris is an active runner, hitting local races and travelling the country as a half marathon pacer. When Chris is not running, he can be found working in the yard at home or exploring the history of the area.

Crystal R. Stumbaugh

Daniel M. McDougal

As a senior associate and senior project manager, Dan has experience in all phases of architecture practice with numerous building types, including commercial, institutional, public, and educational buildings. He is responsible for schematic design, preparation of drawings and specifications during the design development and construction document phases, and project administration during the construction phase. He performs accessibility studies and produces comprehensive building analysis, feasibility studies, and master planning documents. Dan has experience working in cooperative relationships with diverse organizations, facility planners and administrative personnel in various regional jurisdictions. He understands the dynamics of the team concept, and whether leading or supporting, provides a well-coordinated and successful effort.

Jason A. Plank

Jason gained an early interest in design through his father's construction company, where he worked during the summers while in school. He pursued his interest at the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology taking classes in architectural and civil engineering. Since joining the firm in 1998, Jason has worked in a variety of market segments with a strong focus in senior living. As a senior project manager, he is integral in project planning, project development, and staffing. He is responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and guiding projects through the planning and design phases into construction and occupancy. Jason enjoys his time away from the office outdoors hiking, camping, boating, hunting, and fishing.

Julia has over 15 years of experience in communications and creating connections in both the public and private sectors. As a result, she views every project as an opportunity for learning, growth, and partnership.

Kate J. Cashdollar

Kate embarked on her education with one goal in mind: to make a difference. Torn between interior design and a future in healthcare, Kate decided that design was the best outlet to demonstrate her ability to impact the built environment. As a senior associate of the firm, Kate plays a key role in the architectural process with integral involvement in many of the design stages through construction administration. She specializes in healthcare design that promotes healing, encourages visitation, and inspires and streamlines staff efforts in workflow and patient care. Kate's experience provides insight for health systems, with a realistic approach, understanding the needs and wants from those who will use the built environment. She is also instrumental in creating educational environments that stimulate and engage each student, regardless of age, in K-12 and higher education. Projects include multiple LEED Gold certified projects. Kate serves on the board for Summit Health Foundation as well as the advisory board for Franklin Hospice and is an essential member of Franklin County.

Krissy M. Izer

Always interested in landscape design and architecture since middle school, Krissy focused on drafting in high school and started building her experience in the field through high school and during college summers. With two degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Residential Construction Management and an Associates in Architectural Technology, both from Pennsylvania College of Technology, Krissy is a powerhouse project designer. Working with Noelker and Hull's design technology manager, Krissy builds our Revit 3D library and adds to the firm's design team and computer design visualization capabilities using Revit on a daily basis. She has become one of our firm's key go-to employees for BIM management and BIM and Revit questions and answers.

Larry J. Curry

Larry brings 3D modeling skills, through the use of AutoCAD and Revit, and adds to the firm's design team and computer design and visualization capabilities. He is experienced in developing detailed shop drawings for use in fabrication and installation and collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and end users to develop design concepts into final drawings.

Lauren E. Bennett

Lauren's interest in architecture was stimulated by her love of creativity, art, design, and problem-solving. In high school, a summer program at The Catholic University of America introduced her to conceptual architectural design, and inspired her to go to The Pennsylvania State University to pursue a degree in architecture. Being in the Schreyer Honors College gave her access to small, seminar-style classes in subjects such as sustainability and anthropology, and also led her to deeper study of concepts and trends in religious architecture. As a project architect, she is passionate about the potential power of architecture and design to positively impact people across all realms and disciplines. She has experience in religious, senior living, higher education, and residential buildings, and master planning.

Leanne S. White

Michael A. Hudson

Michael's real life experiences started in his father's furniture restoration and design business. Coupled with experience in the construction industry and various courses in architecture and art, his passion for fine arts and photography define his values for the design industry. Continually evolving his role at Noelker and Hull, Michael has grown into a project manager, design technology manager, and senior associate. An early adopter of Building Information Modeling (BIM), working in Revit, Michael is the firm's resident BIM expert and serves as BIM Lead for many projects across the firm.

Michael Allen-Hall - VP

Keen attention to client needs is the basis of Michael's project philosophy. His approach has inspired inviting designs for senior living campuses throughout the United States. Since joining Noelker and Hull, he has been involved in the master planning and design of over 50 successful senior living projects. With 35 years of professional experience, Michael uses a hands-on project approach, stressing the integration of the client as a key team member.

Michael R. Henry

Michael's artistic drawing ability led him to pursue a career in the architectural field where he assists the design team with illustrating the visions of our clients. As a project manager, he is involved in a project from concept, contract drawing, to construction administration. A highlight of being a part of the Noelker and Hull team for many years has been seeing long-term relationships established with clients that go beyond just producing a successful project. Outside the office Michael enjoys spending time with his family going camping, hiking, biking, and kayaking.

As an associate and senior project manager, Michael is responsible for the day-to-day senior living, healthcare, and hospitality projects. He coordinates with team members and outside consultants such as engineers, code officials, and contractors. While preparing bidding documents, Michael adheres to the client's schedule and needs. He oversees production of various projects and leads teams in developing, detailing, and documenting each client's work. Michael has a love for travel, exploring architecture around the globe. His world experiences has impacted his design perspective.

Robert M. Asbury

As principal, Bob is responsible for programming, design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. His 36 years of experience includes major public and private school and higher education projects, with specific experience in design for visual and performing arts. He specializes in designing functional, collaborative, and sustainable educational spaces that make a positive impact on students, faculty, staff, and the surrounding community. Bob is also knowledgeable in the areas of civic building and commercial office design, review, and code compliance. His project portfolio includes libraries, public safety facilities, and food service facilities. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he is familiar with optimization strategies for high-performance and green building construction. Bob is an active participant in ASBO's Spring Conference and has served on the Maryland Department of Education committee for public school classroom design standards.
