David P. Jones

He also has extensive experience in medical malpractice claims. David has represented at trial individuals in state and federal criminal cases including murder, drug offenses, kidnapping, burglary, robbery, fraud, forgery, driving while intoxicated, arson, battery, wire fraud, white collar crimes and Controlled Substance Act offenses. He was a La Porte County Public Defender for over twenty-five years. David is also an experienced certified mediator, acting as a mediator in numerous civil cases. James W. Kaminski

Kristina J. Jacobucci

Martin is now retired from the practice of law. Matthew J. Hagenow

Nicholas T. Otis

Nick has extensive experience in representing clients for claims of personal injury, property damage and wrongful death in both state and federal courts. Nick also has experience representing employers and employees in employment matters in state and federal courts, and employers in labor negotiations. He is knowledgeable in age, sex and disability employment claims as well as claims alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act. A former deputy public defender for La Porte County, Nick now serves as a federal public defender under the Criminal Justice Act for the Northern District of Indiana. He is also experienced in appellate work and has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the Indiana Court of Appeals, and the Indiana Supreme Court. In addition, Nick represents various school corporations and serves as the City Attorney for the City of La Porte. William S. Kaminski

Bill is sensitive to the many and complex ways school administrators are challenged. He uses a team approach utilizing multiple NLKJ attorneys to provide sound advice and protection to his school clients. He represents thirteen (13) public school corporations as well as private schools. Because of his experience in school law, he has been a frequent speaker at the Indiana School Board Association's School Law Seminar and the Indiana School Board Association's Summer Academy.
