As of December 1st 2015 Inger Dirdal was appointed Managing Director for NORCODE. Inger Dirdal has worked part-time in NORCODE since August 2013. She comes from Music Norway (formerly known as Music Export Norway) where she held the position as the Managing Director from 2000 - 2013. Her earlier experience is as export manager in the Norwegian record company, KKV, 1994 - 2000 and from Aschehoug Publishing House, 1988 - 1994.
