Danielle Mills is the Marketing Coordinator for O'Brien Realty Group. She joined the team in July of 2010 after taking some time after college to learn the property management business in Boca Raton, FL. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2008, where she studied real estate and marketing. Danielle is originally from Connecticut, and now lives in Aspen, CO. Her favorite part of the business is using creativity to find new ways to lease apartments and keep other team members happy and motivated. In her free time, Danielle enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and spending time with friends, and family.

Eve was born and raised in Meriden, CT. She moved to Charlotte 9 years ago and absolutely loves it. Since her move to Charlotte, she has been working as a leasing agent and Assistant Property Manager. She knows how hard moving from one state to another can be, so she enjoys helping others with the process. She believes ‘They key to making a stress free move in is Customer Service, making the prospects comfortable with you, and having them trust you to help them with the process.' Her successful journey started as a Leasing Agent, she soared and became a Facility Manager for one of the biggest Real Estate Developers in New Orleans. Nadia has knowledge of the local market and brings over thirteen years' experience with both Commercial and Conventional market rate communities, and extensive experience in lease-ups. Ms.Powell was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and proud to call New Orleans home for over the last 25 years.

He currently enjoys touring the states playing for various music festivals and concert performances. Licensed in the state of Louisiana, he definitely plans to leave his mark in the industry

Shannon Mulready is the O'Brien Realty Group's CFO and Information Technology Officer. Mr. Mulready has nine years of corporate experience in New York City and Connecticut in the legal, oil and technology fields. Shannon combines his substantial accounting expertise with extensive computer system knowledge and currently manages all of the company's property management software. Shannon graduated from Central Connecticut State College and is a lifelong resident of Connecticut.

Sheridan LaFrance

Sheridan LaFrance joined the O'Brien team in October 2008. Her focus at O'Brien Realty will be to oversee the management of the multifamily properties in Louisiana. Ms. LaFrance began her career in real estate management in 1996. Over the years she has successfully directed leasing activities, revenue management, and facility management for both commercial and residential assets. Prior to joining the O'Brien Realty Group she worked with a New Orleans based asset management company where she was a multi-site supervisor, and then director of operations for a portfolio of properties that included multiple apartment communities and commercial real estate. Her experience and concentration has included lease-ups, rehabilitations / renovations, the implementation of preventive maintenance and resident retention programs. Sheridan holds the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation along with the National Leasing Professional Designation (NALP). Ms. LaFrance is proud to be lifelong resident of New Orleans.

She had the pleasure of working in the New Orleans area and when Hurricane Katrina destroyed the city she moved and worked in the Houston, TX area. Tiffany Robinson joined O'Brien Realty Group in June 2013, as a Leasing Specialist at Summerfield Apartment Homes. Tiffany's main force is to open each person she encounters to a whole new way of living in an Apartment Community. Throughout the years she has helped each property in the Louisiana area standout and set a standard to others. Tiffany enjoys spending her spare time shopping and spending time with her family!
