Prior to founding Notch Partners, Andy was managing director of Primedia Ventures, where he co-managed two private equity investment funds. In that capacity, he served on several boards of directors, providing strategic oversight and helping to build top-caliber management teams for the portfolio companies. Previously, he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and has been involved as an executive, board member, and/or investor in a number of private companies.
Andy serves on the board of trustees for New Jersey SEEDS, an academic and leadership program for high-achieving, low-income youth. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA, magna cum laude, in Government.

Ayelet Witelson joined Notch Partners in 2015.
Prior to joining Notch Partners, Ayelet was the Chief Financial Officer of SIGA Technologies, a biotechnology company specializing in the development of antiviral countermeasures for life-threatening infectious diseases and bio-warfare agents. Ayelet was also a Senior Manager with PWC, where she worked primarily with technology companies and assisted clients with regulatory compliance and in the development of their financial reporting. She received an MBA from Santa Clara University and graduated from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem with a BA in Economics and Accounting.
Carolyn Crisafulli joined Notch Partners in 2019. She works in the Healthcare & Life Sciences group where she focuses on healthcare services, HCIT, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and medtech.
Prior to joining Notch Partners, Carolyn was a Business Strategy Analyst with the corporate strategy team at K2 Advisors, a subsidiary of Franklin Templeton Investments. she received an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Strategy from NYU's Stern School of Business and graduated from Trinity College with a BA in History.
Carter Jones joined Notch Partners in 2023. He works in the Technology, Media & Telecom group where he focuses on IT services, industrial software, and media. Carter graduated from Amherst College with a BA in Political Science.
Casey Banta-Ryan joined Notch Partners in 2020 and works on the operations. She graduated from Lafayette College with a BA, summa cum laude, Omicron Delta Epsilon, in Economics and Policy Studies.
Casey Lilley joined Notch Partners in 2020. She works in the Technology, Media & Telecom group where she focuses on software & SaaS, information & marketing services, and telecom, media & internet. She graduated from Middlebury College with a BA, Phi Beta Kappa, in Geography and a minor in Global Health.
Corinna Lauber joined Notch Partners in 2021 and is a member of the Industrials, Materials, & Energy group where she focuses on chemicals, packaging, and energy. She graduated from Northeastern University with a BS in Business Administration and minors in Strategy and Psychology.

Desirée Rubolotta joined Notch Partners in 2018.
Prior to joining Notch Partners, Desirée was a Director of Operations for Doddle & Co, a fast-growing start-up focused on bringing innovative baby products to US and global markets. She also worked in human resources, facilities management, and as an Executive Assistant to the C-Suite of Manifest, a content marketing agency. Desirée studied Dance at Rutgers University, Mason Gross School of the Arts.
Elizabeth Nicol joined Notch Partners in 2018. She leads our Firm's Technology, Media & Telecom practice and focuses on software & SaaS, information & marketing services, IT & managed services, and telecom, media & internet.
Prior to joining Notch Partners, Elizabeth held operational roles at high-growth businesses, ranging from an early-stage startup to a global on-line retailer. She led digital marketing teams at ecommerce companies including Wayfair and LivingSocial, and started her career in investment research, focusing on technology, media and telecommunications. Elizabeth received an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and graduated from Georgetown University with a BA, cum laude, in English.
Hannah Griffin joined Notch Partners in 2022. She works in the Industrials, Materials & Energy group where she focuses on A&D, chemicals, industrial technology, and packaging.
Prior to joining Notch Partners, Hannah worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Virginia. She graduated from the University of Virginia with highest distinction honors where she earned a Master of Public Policy with a focus in national security, climate change, and equitable pay policy, and a BA in Foreign Affairs.
Henry Gorelik joined Notch Partners in 2023. He works in the Healthcare & Life Sciences group where he focuses on healthcare services and HCIT. Henry graduated from Tufts University with a BA, summa cum laude, Sigma Iota Rho, in Economics and International Relations, with a concentration in International Security.

Jacqueline Shost joined Notch Partners in 2023.
Prior to joining Notch Partners, Jacqueline was an assistant editor at Penguin Random House and an editorial assistant at Foreign Affairs magazine. Jacqueline graduated from State University of New York at Geneseo with a BA in English.
Jeff Weathers joined Notch Partners in 2016. He leads our Business Services and focuses on professional services, industrials services, financial services, and infrastructure services.
Prior to joining Notch Partners, Jeff was an investment banker in the Global Industrials Group at Credit Suisse where he supported the Paper & Packaging, Diversified Industrials, Aerospace & Defense, and Metals & Mining industry groups. He helped execute over $8 billion of M&A & LBO transactions, high-yield & investment-grade debt financings, and recapitalizations. Jeff started his career as an Officer in the US Air Force and was a Senior Engineer at Bell Helicopter. He received an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business and graduated Highest Honors from Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
Joe DeVita joined Notch Partners in 2022. He works in the Healthcare & Life Sciences group where he focuses on healthcare services and HCIT.
Prior to joining Notch Partners, Joe was a Senior Project Manager with the healthcare consulting team at Guidepoint Global. He is currently a candidate for an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Healthcare Management from NYU's Stern School of Business and graduated from the University of Michigan with a BS in Kinesiology.

Judy Collins joined Notch Partners in 2005. She leads our Firm's Consumer Products & Services practice and focuses on food & beverage, beauty & personal care, durables, and multi-site consumer services.
Prior to joining Notch Partners, Judy held operational roles at Flying Minds and Barnes & Noble. She started her career at Citibank in private banking. Judy received an MBA with concentration in Marketing and Strategy from Yale University and graduated from Wellesley College with a BA in Psychology.

Prior to joining Notch Partners, Kealan led the Business Development arm for federation of schools in London, UK. He started his career in education as a teacher and later as a school principal.
