Job Titles:
- Quality Control Manager, CA
Matthew joined Norton in 2021 with the goal of ensuring quality in our products and processes. Formerly, he was a manufacturing engineer at a tier one automotive supplier, dealing with product launches, CNC machines, and process capability measurements. He is a Monticello native with BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Kennesaw State University.
Jim oversees the management and operations of our Indiana manufacturing facility. He joined Norton in 1998 as a maintenance worker/machinist, and regularly applies his real-world skills to help make certain that the plant maintains the level of precision and quality that's become a Norton hallmark.

- Corporate Quality Control Manager
A member of the Norton team since 1997, Tom is both the Quality Control Manager and ISO Coordinator at our Indiana manufacturing facility. A former naval officer, he holds an MS in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University and an MBA from Indiana University Northwest.
Mark began his career at Norton in 1993 as a shift supervisor and then managed the original Steel Pail operation until its divestment in 2002. Today Mark provides his leadership in Sales, oversees all Employee Relations, and is a member of our Board of Directors. Mark holds a BS in Engineering from BYU.
Scott joined the Norton Team in December of 2014 and through his talents and contributions has earned his position as Plant Manager. He brings over 24 years of experience in an injection molding production environment. This includes 17 years of experience producing parts supplied to tier one automotive manufacturers.
Katie is responsible for developing and managing customer relationships nationally, with a focus on the southwest. She works with clients on multiple levels, helping them meet changing regulatory standards, boost sustainability, and more. She even calls on her artistic background to partner on package design and labeling.

Daniel develops and creates new business and product opportunities throughout the Southeastern US and has held a variety of sales, marketing, managerial and leadership positions throughout his career-in paperboard, metal, and plastic packaging. His substantial experience includes toll-filling services, product development, print, and graphic design.
Highly motivated and customer-driven, David has over 17 years of experience balancing both the demands of a 24/7 manufacturing environment and overseeing the day-to-day HR responsibilities for a workforce of 100+. As Plant Manager he continues to implent Lean Manufacturing principles while remaining focused on teambuilding, training, and employee mentoring.

With more than 23 years of industry experience, Greg leads our finance, sales, and marketing efforts. He is currently a board member of the Plastic Shipping Container Institute, assisting in establishing industry positions on numerous legislative/regulatory initiatives nationally. Greg has a BS in Finance from the University of Utah and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Eddie plans, coordinates, and manages our California Quality Control Program - directing his team to guarantee that all products and processes meet our exacting standards.

Justin not only manages our National Accounts and oversees our eastern US sales efforts, he also serves as our liaison to a number of trade associations - ensuring that we're always current with industry trends and best practices. An experienced pro with 20+ years in the container industry, Justin holds a BA in Communications from Northern Illinois University.
