Established in 2001 and incorporated in 2009, NORTHSTAR offers physical and occupational therapy consulting services to clients in intermediate care facility and day program settings. Our primary goal is to provide the best possible care to our clients using a proactive approach. By supplying timely reports and recommendations, following through in a prompt manner, and paying careful attention to detail, NorthStar is committed to providing thorough, quality client care... A secondary goal is to provide the best possible support to facility and program administrators and QIDPs. NORTHSTAR aims to lighten administrators' workloads by organizing and scheduling assessments, monitoring objectives, communicating regularly with interdisciplinary team members, and offering assistance with equipment issues. The result: more time for the administrator and QIDP to spend on other essential tasks.
