He made his foray with higher education as Head of Academics of NSHM in the year 2002. Since then he has actively contributed to the growth of the organization from its formative years to its robust presence as knowledge campuses with various and varied University-affiliated programs involving thousands of students. He had been part of numerous teaching, learning, curriculum, content, collaboration, and co-creation for the cause of experiential and engaging education. He has been one of the early movers weaving technology in non-STEM education, Institute-Industry programs, value-added skills embedded learning, adversity-programmed learning, international exchanges, e-assessment, holistic grading, UK-India Education Research Initiative supported collaborative development project, thinking & creativity skills for innovation, new vistas and initiatives, etc. Besides, he had been hands-on with student lifecycle management, faculty development, institutional operations, regulatory compliances, approvals, affiliations, detailed project reports, strategic alliances, and University level roles on behalf of NSHM from time to time. NSHM's life skills education got re-imagined with the commencement of Centre of Language and Communication, Centre for Innovation & Incubation, Centre for Social Action, Centre of Creative and Performing Arts and Centre for Sports and Wellness that would further the learning and engagement in the new normal of a fast-changing future.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, a post-graduate degree in information science and a doctorate in management science. He has been a former scientist of CSIR and was associated with the setting up of Scientific & Industrial Research Network during the mid-1990s for computer communications, access to online scientific databases, database development, and various other informatics purposes. He was also involved with process automation in steel plants and later with IT for social development. He was accorded the title of ‘Master Educator' by Dr. Edward de Bono of Lateral Thinking fame for his work related to the development of de Bono skills education programs. The Outstanding College Award was received by him from the Ministry of HRD at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi for Digital Financial Literacy Campaign in India Project. His input on the experience of work in India was sought by the Economist Intelligence Unit on behalf of The Economist. Moreover, he is excited, like never before, to see more interesting times with physical-digital innovation, change, and transformation at NSHM.

Professor Mahul Brahma is an author, academician, a TEDx Speaker, an award-winning communication, branding and CSR leader, and a Chief Editor with two decades' of experience in business communication and journalism. He is a Visiting Research Fellow at Bath Business School, Bath Spa University, United Kingdom. He is a life member of Indo-British Scholars Association. Prof Brahma is a former Professor, Dean and Director at Adamas University in India. He was a Visiting Research Fellow at School of Art, Film and Media of Bath Spa University, UK. Prior to Adamas University, Prof Brahma was Head of CSR, Corporate Communications, Branding, and Publications in a Tata group company. He has been a Chief Editor and has held other senior editorial positions in leading publications such as Economic Times, India partner of New York Times, CNBC TV18 group, ABP, Reuters, Coal Insights, Steel Insights, among others. He is a luxury commentator, columnist and has authored eight books - Aesthetic Leadership in Luxury, Mostly Missing: be Silly Be Slow, The Mythic Value of Luxury, The Luxe Trilogy (Decoding Luxe, Dark Luxe and Luxe Inferno), Quarantined: Love in the time of Corona, and How to Communicate Strategically in Corporate World.
Prof Brahma is a D.Litt (honorary, US), PhD, MSc and PGP-Business Management, and an alumnus of St Xavier's College, IIM Calcutta, MICA, University of Cambridge Judge Business School, Sri Satya Sai University, Bath Spa University, UK, and University of Calcutta. He is a guest faculty at IIM Calcutta. IIT KGP VGSoM, IIT Roorkee, IIM Lucknow, University of Scranton US, Bath Spa University UK, among other premier institutions. He is a filmmaker and an actor, and his first short film was screened at the Cannes Film Festival. He has recently acted in Anik Dutta's biopic on Satyajit Ray - Aparajito. He is an artist and an avid golfer with a single-digit handicap.

Dr. Pudi is a visiting faculty in prestigious institutions like IIM, Andhra University, Osmania University, Central University, Nagarjuna University & Siddhartha University and a Member of Board of Communication Studies, KLE and Sri Sathya Institute of Higher Learning. Dr. Subir Sen is an educationist with nearly three decades of experience in the industry, academia, research, and institution building. He is a graduate of Commerce from St.Xaviers College, Kolkata, with an MBA in Finance and a Ph.D. in Strategy. He started his career with PwC with exposure in Financial Analytics, Projects Appraisal & Business Consulting across diversified sectors and leading corporates. He joined the ICFAI group in 2005 and won the Best Young Teacher Award in 2010 from AIMA across pan India and was conferred Hony Fellow.
He has devoted the last ten years of his career to institution building, cutting across different verticals in Management education. He is an ardent reader, and loves traveling and listening to music.

Mr Arpan Kumar Paul is popularly known as a Storyteller because of his uncanny knack of breathing life into his stories, thereby breaking the ice & getting an instant connect with the audience. He's a Chemistry Hons. Graduate & a MBA in Human Resource Management, having an industry experience spanning over two decades in the Pharmaceutical & Energy sector.
Being an astute learner, he had the privilege of working in various departments like Sales, Marketing, HR & Training, always trying to innovate & think out of the box. Not only has Mr Arpan been associated with many Pharma Learning Platforms like Pharma State Academy & Live Pharma Coalition, he was also a Visiting Faculty for Sikkim Manipal University for their Management Courses.
As a Campus to Corporate Coach, Mr Arpan has travelled the length & breadth of the country to conduct Training/Motivational Sessions for many colleges like SIES Navi Mumbai, NIPER Hyderabad, Adamas etc. He has also been a Training Consultant for many Pharma Giants like Cipla, JB, Glenmark etc.

Mr. Dharmen Trivedi is an accomplished businessman with a strong educational foundation. He graduated from St. Xaviers College in Kolkata with a B.Com (Hons) and holds ICWAI certification as a cost accountant. He has taken part in a wide range of social and community events and has a diverse range of interests. He serves as Vice President of the St. Xaviers College (Cal) Alumni Association. He was a life member of Round Table India and an honorary member of the Kolkata Police Wardens Organisation (KP). Mr. Trivedi is engaged in the production of Ductile Iron Pipes and specialties used in water supply and sewage systems in addition to his philanthropic endeavours.

A Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, with 26 years of experience across industries, he has been part of companies like ITC Ltd, Paharpur Cooling Towers Ltd, Shree Venkatesh Films Pvt Ltd among others. Additionally, he is an avid traveller, who loves exploring new places.
Ms. Mitra received her bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Kala Bhavan, Visva Bharati University, Shantiniketan and holds a Diploma in Interior Designing from Jenson and Nicholson Interiors and Exteriors, Kolkata, as well as a Diploma in Design from the Kent Institute of Art and Design, UK. She received the Charles Wallace Trust Fellowship in 1992 from the British Council. Rina Mitra has worked on various projects for Doordarshan and Zee Bangla between 1993 -1996 as an Art Director and Production Designer. She has also worked on many prestigious projects which include the feature film, Shesher Kobita 2015, ad for West Bengal Tourism (2016), ad for United colours of Benetton (2017). She has worked as the costume designer for Padatik Theatre, Kolkata from 1993 - 2014, as Interior Designer for Hindustan Lever, Kolkata and Tata Motors, Jamshedpur from 2006 -2013. She has also worked as a Visual Art and Design teacher at Kindergarten Starters, Dubai, ECMIT- Dubai, Trivandrum International School, Trivandrum and the Courtyard, Bangalore. Her last stint prior to joining NSHM was with Calcutta International School from 2012- 2020 as their IBDP Visual Art and Design teacher.
