A graduate of Stetson University College of Law in 1987, Greg once worked at a prominent defense firm where he gained valuable insight into the handling of civil negligence cases by insurance companies. He worked as a Fifth Judicial Circuit, Assistant State Attorney, from the years of 1987 - to 1994. He is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

He followed that success by obtaining a record multi-million dollar verdict in Hernando County, Florida, involving the death of a young father in a tractor-trailer accident. In 2000, he was the lead trial attorney in the highest wrongful death verdict in Tavares, Florida, involving a tanker tractor-trailer. In 2001, John was named to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is thoroughly versed in both federal and state requirements for truck driver education & safety training and has specialized experience in accident reconstruction for tractor-trailers.
John has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1988. John is a former State Prosecutor for Orange County and Lake County. His experience included trying several death penalty cases and other capital crimes. He was also appointed by the Governor of the State of Florida under an executive order for special assignments for cases that involved conflicts with the local State Attorney. John served as the president of the Lake County Bar Association in 2001 and is a current member of the Lake County Bar Association Board of Directors. He is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the American Association for Justice, and the Trial Lawyers Group of the Florida Bar Association.
Ready to fight for justice, Roy Morgan began his career practicing as an Air Force JAG at McCoy Air Force Base in 1968. A native of Pennsylvania, he remained in Florida and began his private practice in 1972, practicing exclusively in the personal injury field.
During his 36 years of practice, he has authored articles dealing with insurance law and personal injury. He has been board certified both by the State of Florida and the National Board as a Civil Trial Lawyer.
He has taken the Board Certification Review Course through the Florida Bar Association (1993-1994) and has several professional associations and memberships. These include the National Board of Trial Lawyers, Florida Bar, Vermont Bar, and the Virginia Bar.
