Catherine M. Norman

Catherine M. Norman is a principal of Norman & Norman, P.C. She graduated from The University of Kansas where she earned her undergraduate degree in Communication Studies in 1988. Upon college graduation, Catherine worked as a paralegal for a law firm in San Francisco, California. She later returned to her hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma where she was a director for a Tulsa non-profit organization. Catherine then went on to earn her law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1994. Catherine and Blair Norman married in 1994 following their graduation from law school, and joined the Law Office of Roger M. Norman. In 2006, the firm changed its named to Norman & Norman, P.C. As a member of the Fort Worth community, Catherine has served in the Junior League, the Junior Women's Club of Fort Worth, and in the Fort Worth Chapter of the National Charity League. She has enjoyed championing the mission of the Fort Worth Garden Club by serving as the President and has been a member of the Tanglewood Garden Club for over 20 years. Catherine and Blair are the parents of Savannah Norman and Jackson Norman, who are pursuing their undergraduate degrees from Duke University and The University of Oklahoma, respectively. Catherine's practice concentrates on serving clients in probate matters. She feels strongly about promptly responding to clients and guiding them through estate administrations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Dr. Jason Fowler

Sarah Everett Fowler has been practicing law in Tarrant County for 12 years since joining Norman & Norman, P.C. in 2007. Sarah received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, summa cum laude, from Centenary College of Louisiana in 2002 and her J.D., cum laude, from Baylor University School of Law in 2005. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2005, and her practice is focused primarily in estate planning. Sarah is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association and the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association. Sarah is married to Dr. Jason Fowler, who is a dentist in Fort Worth. Sarah and Jason have four children: Hubbard, Esther, Silas and Josiah. As a family, they enjoy sporting events, being outdoors and spending time on the family ranch.

Kelly E. DeBerry

Kelly E. DeBerry has been practicing law in Tarrant County for 27 years. Kelly received her B.A. from the University of Texas (Plan II) in 1989 and her J.D. from S.M.U. in 1992. Kelly is senior counsel with Norman & Norman, P.C. Her practice includes probate administration, estate planning and select guardianship and family law cases. Kelly is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association and the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association. She previously served as a board member of the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association and Guardianship Services, Inc. Kelly has lectured on estate planning and probate for various groups including First United Methodist Church of Fort Worth and the Fort Worth Paralegal Association. Kelly has been voted as a Top Attorney in Tarrant County for Probate, Estates & Trust by the Fort Worth Magazine, a publication of Fort Worth, Texas the City's Magazine, each year from 2008 to the present. Kelly is married to Richard, who is also an attorney. Kelly and Richard have two children: Will, a senior at the University of Texas, and Katherine, a freshman at the University of Texas. Prior to joining Norman & Norman in 2019, Kelly was a partner or associate of the following law firms: Griffith, Jay & Michel, LLP (2007-2019), Bakutis, McCully & Sawyer, P.C. (2000-2007), and Boswell & Kober, P.C (1994-2000).
