Michael B. Nuzzo, CAI Mr. Nuzzo entered the real estate auction industry following a successful career in engineering. Prior to joining Fine and Company LLC, Michael's real estate auction experience was focused around residential properties focusing on single and multiple family buildings, condominiums, in urban and suburban communities. His business associations with scientists, physicians and surgeons coupled with his experience in research and development brings unparalleled relationships to the table. Mr. Nuzzo's achievements in engineering are profound. He was influential in the co-inventions of several medical instruments that have been utilized in research and development as well as his former employment with high-profile companies like Yale University School of Medicine and Bristol Myers-Squibb. His philanthropic passions are evidenced by his continued services as a Benefit Auctioneer to such organizations as the National Cancer Society, Deveroux Glenholme Foundation, International Rotary, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Women and Family Life Center, United Way and the National Audubon Society, just to name a few. Michael holds a real estate license in Connecticut. He is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors (CAR) and the New Haven Board of Realtors. He is a graduate of the Mendenhall School of Auctioneering in North Carolina and the National Auctioneer's Association - Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) at Indiana University. Michael also founded successful auction companies such as Mach1 Auctions and a benefit auction business called Two Guys and a Gavel, known for their exciting and entertaining auctioneering style that "put the fun in fundraising." Michael's rapport with clients and compassion to their individual needs enables him to work with a variety of sellers and is surely an asset to Fine & Company in his role as Director of Business Development. He regularly provides his services as a fundraising auctioneer for a wide client list of private schools, charitable and civic organizations.
