Bennet Sproule (Ben) is one of the principal founders of Nustadia Recreation Inc. (NRI) and has worked exclusively in the recreation facility development field for over 30 years. He has both managed and directed the design, development, operations, marketing and construction of a large percentage of the recreation facility projects across Canada. Ben performed design review and project services for both the Air Canada Centre in Toronto and GM Place in Vancouver as part of his role as owner's representative. He was also a member of the Ontario Recreation Facilities Association for fifteen years and was a past director and partner of the PBK Group of Companies (the parent company to NRI at that time).

Bill is the General Manager for both the HRM 4Pad and the RBC Centre for the Halifax Regional Municipality. Bill also oversees the operations of the Emera Oval and the LeBrun Arena. Prior to joining Nustadia Recreation Inc. (NRI), Bill served as the Executive Director of the Recreation Facility Association (RFANS) for 18 years.
As Vice President Eastern Canada, Bill is our senior representative in Atlantic Canada for promotion and expansion of services.

With over 25 years of experience in the sport and recreation field, Brad's responsibilities include initiating corporate program(s) to sell advertising, naming rights, and building additional municipal arena advertising contracts. He created a data base for the advertising and sponsorship programs in each of Nustadia Recreation Inc.'s (NRI) buildings and tracks the progress/sales. He has established a ‘branded' approach to national and regional sponsors while also implementing a best practices program for advertising and sponsorships in the recreation field.
Created in 2007, Brad helped establish Nustadia Media that has now grown to be one of the largest exclusive holders of arena advertising contracts with an inventory of over 200 arenas that reach an annual target audience of over 25 Million prospective customers. Brad has managed multiple advertising campaigns for clients such as Tim Hortons, Scotia Bank, EA Sports, Bauer, Nike, First Choice Haircutters, McDonalds and many others.

Edward is a leading expert in technical arena operations in Canada and has over 40 years of experience in the development and operations of community sport and recreation facilities in both the public and private sectors. He was the General Manager at the Mohawk 4-Ice Centre and previously was the Manager of Operations for over 20 different facilities for the City of Hamilton. He served 15 years on the Board of Directors for the Ontario Recreation Facilities Association (ORFA), taught courses in ice maintenance and equipment, and served on the Board Executive for 5 years including President of this Organization in 2007.
Edward has developed and delivered instructional programs in Recreation Facility Development, Management and Operations for Niagara Community College and ORFA.

Gavin is the President & COO of Nustadia Recreation Inc. (NRI) and has worked exclusively in the recreation and construction fields for over 45 years. He has managed/directed the design, development, construction and fit out of numerous recreation facility projects including the Dartmouth 4 Pad Arena Project, Pictou County Wellness Centre, the County of Grande Prairie Sportsplex, the HRM 4Pad (formerly the BMO Centre, Halifax), the Libro Credit Union Complex (Amherstburg), the William P. Wilder ‘40 Arena & Sports Complex (Upper Canada College, Toronto), the Sports Village (Vaughan), the Sarnia Sports & Entertainment Centre and the Ice Gardens at York University (Toronto). Gavin provides corporate leadership and governance and currently has all Senior Management Team report to him.

John has over 25 years' experience in recreation facilities operations and management. He joined the Nustadia Recreation Inc. (NRI) team in 2005 for the opening of the Mohawk 4 Ice Centre in Hamilton, Ontario.
John's strengths lie in his team building and organizational skills. John's strong background in operations has made him an integral part of NRI's senior management team.

As Vice President, Business Development for Nustadia Recreation Inc. (NRI), Nicholas (Nick) Frizzell is the lead coordinator for business development and proposals. Working closely in a team with the CEO, President and Senior Vice President to coordinate NRI's approach to major proposals, Nick coordinates the strategic direction for such work for our clients. As General Manager, Nick holds management responsibilities, marketing initiatives and strategic direction for 6 ice pads within the City of Moncton, facility community rooms, gymnasium, walking track, 2 restaurants and a café.

Robert has extensive experience working in development, project management, construction and facility management of recreational projects. His finance career began 20 years ago in the telecommunications industry and transitioned to the architectural and engineering business after five years. Robert has now been Controller of Nustadia Recreation Inc. (NRI) for over 14 years and has had significant involvement in a majority of NRI's work during that time.

Tim has over 19 years' experience in recreation facilities operations and management. He joined the Nustadia Recreation Inc. (NRI) team in 2002 for the opening of the Superior Propane Centre in Moncton, NB.
Tim worked as a Food & Beverage Manager, Operations Manager and then General Manager within NRI before being promoted to his current position as Vice President Human Resources / General Manager. Tim's current role provides assistance to the CFO's team by advising in the administration functions such as Human Resources, Insurance, and Risk Management. Tim's strong background in food & beverage as well as operations has made him an integral part of NRI's management team.
