Chad Schreck is President & CEO of the North Iowa Corridor Economic Development Corporation. He provides executive leadership, management and fiscal oversight for the organization. This includes the successful implementation of our workforce development, business retention and recruitment projects, as well as playing a lead role in promoting the region locally and nationally. Prior to his role at the Corridor, Chad was Executive Director of the Midwest Partnership EDC in Stuart, Iowa overseeing a four-county region. Preceding his position there, he worked as the Regional Economic Development Planner at Region XII Council of Governments in Carroll, Iowa.
Chad earned his Masters degree from Drake University in Public Administration with a concentration in Executive Leadership and his bachelors in Law, Politics and Society at Drake University. Schreck is a lifelong Iowan with a passion for creating a rich and vibrant future for his community as well as the state, and is active in various community and charitable organizations.

Maddie Anderly is the Marketing & Communications Specialist for the North Iowa Corridor Economic Development Corporation. She organizes, creates, and edits the promotional materials, marketing, and social media for the North Iowa Corridor as a shared position with the Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce.
Maddie earned her Bachelors degree in Strategic Public Relations with a Marketing Minor at the University of Northern Iowa. Anderly is a North Iowa native with a passion for promoting economic development, collaboration, and all the exciting opportunities that make make our region thrive.

Shaun Arneson joined the Corridor team in January 2013. In his capacity as Vice President, Existing Business & Project Management, Shaun manages the Corridor's dedicated Business Retention and Expansion Program, serves as lead Project Manager and as chief Corridor representative to numerous strategic partner organizations and clients. With more than fifteen years of experience in economic development including stops at the City of Jackson, Minnesota, Iowa Lake Electric Cooperative, and Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation, Shaun carries extensive knowledge and capabilities uniquely aligned with the needs of Corridor clients. A graduate of Simpson College and the University of Nebraska, where he carries a Masters in Community & Regional Planning and a member of the Professional Developers of Iowa Board of Directors, Shaun is a rare career economic developer whose abilities position the North Iowa Corridor well for ongoing success.
