Strategic and collaborative, with a can-do attitude, Andrea is a big-picture thinker who understands that building community and consensus strengthens project outcomes. Andrea's major driver in her career has been the idea that the built environment has the power to affect positive change in people and their communities.
Andrea is responsible for Nunn Construction's business development and marketing program along with building community relationships, market research and implementation. She is establishing systems for new departmental procedures and integrating business development into the company culture.
Since moving to Colorado Springs in May of 2015, Andrea has fully immersed herself in the local community. She currently participates in the following organizations providing her time and expertise; Colorado Springs Rising Professionals, Art on the Streets, Society of Marketing Professional Services, Leadership Pikes Peak, Mayor's Sustainability Taskforce, CSMPA and Colorado ASBO. Her past also includes a lengthy list of community involvement throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
A transplant from San Francisco and a native of metro Detroit, the community focus at Nunn Construction brought her to our team along with her family's love of outdoor adventures. She brings a passion for building, art, the environment and education.

With over twenty years of experience in the commercial construction industry, Phil LaSarre plays a vital role as Vice President of Nunn Construction. His persistence for the highest quality construction work, positive attitude and refreshing - team oriented leadership enhances the construction process for team members and customers.
Phil earned a Bachelors Degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University in Indiana and was involved in Sigma Lambda Chi International Honor Society. Upon graduating, Phil joined Haselden Construction where he remained for over thirteen years and moved through positions of Division Manager, Operations Executive and Senior Project Manager.
With extensive experience, knowledge and relationships in the Colorado Construction Industry, Phil relocated to Colorado Springs in 2012 and joined Nunn Construction as Operations Manager / Senior Project Manager. In 2015, when Tyson Nunn acquired presidency of Nunn Construction, Phil LaSarre was promoted to Vice President of the Corporation. As Vice President, Phil participates in setting and executing strategy for the company. He oversees operations while also playing an active role in preconstruction and construction services.
Phil is a LEED and ASHE Certified Professional and currently holds a Chair Position of Finance for the Workforce Development Committee that is made up of HBA (Home Builders Association), PPRBD (Pikes Peak Regional Building Department) and AGC. Phil also enjoys taking his civic involvement to the next level and recently graduated from the Leadership Pikes Peak Signature Class of 2017.

Ray founded Nunn Construction in 1983 and continues to serve as the Founder of the company. Passing the role of president and legacy of quality building projects to his son, Tyson Nunn. Ray continues to remain an active participant in Nunn Construction through mentorship, community engagement and business development. Ray's generous spirit and seasoned experience is admired by his colleagues, employees and fellow industry leaders.
Ray believes that honesty is the key component to being a successful business owner. This is reflected in the work he has completed over his career. He strives for a positive reputation in the Colorado Community by providing quality construction management as well as dedicating his personal time to several community and non-profit organizations.
Throughout the years, Ray has been committed to multiple community groups and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Springs Regional Business Alliance, Board of Trustees for Pikes Peak Hospice, as an Advisory Board Member of the Salvation Army and is an active member of Rotary Club Colorado Springs. Additionally, Ray has served on the Foundation Board for the Colorado Springs Better Business Bureau and Board of Directors for Pikes Peak Hospice Care.
Nunn Construction has been be a member of AGC Colorado for over ten years. Ray has continued to serve on the AGC Board of Directors for eight years. He has served as the Chairman, Vice Chairman and a Member of the Management Committee. He's also been actively involved in the Southern Colorado Committee, the Design Construction Coalition and has served in several special AGC task forces over the years.
In addition to the enthusiasm Ray has for his career, he also has a great love of the outdoors and a passion for golfing, especially when his grandchildren are involved in a care free round of golf.

Sam brings over 17 years of experience in the construction industry to lead our Southwest Division office in Durango. His experience ranges from oversight of field staff and personnel, to creating and managing budgets, drafting contracts, scheduling, planning and maintaining excellent architect and owner relations. He recently managed all aspects of a $155M Performing Arts Center, and has worked in the Healthcare, Commercial, Higher Ed, and Hospitality market sectors.
Sam will coordinate the project management and field staff teams in our Durango office and continue to build our presence and work program focused in southwest Colorado.

Having inherited a well-run accounting department from Nancy Nunn, Sean joined Nunn Construction in 2002 as controller. With more than twenty five years of experience in project accounting, divisional accounting and office management, Sean has built upon the chief financial officer position in many ways.
Originally an architecture major, Sean redirected his future to a career in finance. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Central Washington University. Over time, Sean's profession took him from Seattle to Los Angeles to Jackson, MS and finally to Colorado Springs.
Sean's duties include corporate finance, banking, insurance, employee benefit programs, workers compensation, 401(k), project cost control, project billing, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Diverse as his responsibilities are, Sean is cognizant about their importance and feels a deep commitment to his work, which he handles with the greatest care possible. Beyond his work with Nunn, Sean is an involved member of the Construction Community. He is a founding member of the Pikes Peak Chapter of CFMA and has served on the board for many years.
As a child, Sean visited Rocky Mountain National Park and was taken by the natural beauty of Colorado. Sean and his wife have raised three children in Colorado Springs and they enjoy hiking and camping in the Rockies.

Tyson Nunn is the President of Nunn Construction. Tyson's involvement with Nunn Construction began at a young age. When he was just nine years old he was already part of the Nunn Construction team, watching Ray and Nancy Nunn spend countless hours building the company.
As a teen, and during his college years, Tyson worked as a laborer at his father's company. Working mostly on concrete and foundation crews, he gained experience from hours of working in many aspects of the construction industry.
Upon graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management, Tyson worked for a large Design Build firm in southern California. After several years, he returned to Colorado and Nunn Construction and gained experience working in all departments of the company.
As President of Nunn Construction, a great deal of responsibility rests on Tyson's shoulders as he is involved with everything from insurance and finances to operations and preconstruction to marketing proposals. He works in every facet of the construction process from procuring work through occupancy.
Tyson's long-term involvement in the community and construction industry has shown him that developing the best team is the key ingredient to an organization's success. He uses that focus to cultivate a growth mindset leadership style at Nunn with a mission to continually improve, educate and implement better ways of building and doing business.
In addition to his responsibilities at Nunn, Tyson is active in the Southern Colorado Association of General Contractors and a current member of the UCCS College of Business Dean's Community Advisory Board and the Pikes Peak Hospice Foundation Board. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Springs Chamber and EDC and he has previously served as the Pikes Peak Community College's Foundation Board Chairperson, volunteered with the Colorado Institute for Social Impact as a board member and has been active with the Better Business Bureau's Finance Committee.
Tyson also has a great love for the outdoor life and his family. Tyson enjoys spending time with his wife Susan and his two children, Ava and Mason along with fly-fishing, running, mountain biking and skiing while passionately building, creating, and making a difference in his mountain home community.

In 2021, Nunn Construction opened a Pueblo Division Office lead by Vinnie in order to better serve our clients in Southern Colorado. Vinnie also serves on projects as a Senior Project Manager helping to coordinate all aspects of the construction process. With acute attention to detail, Vinnie will work closely with the Owner and our project team to keep the project on schedule, track budgets, ensure quality craftsmanship and assist with problem solving.
His volunteerism, board service and dedication to mentoring the numerous CSU-P graduates who have come to work at Nunn, speaks to his commitment to the communities he builds in and supporting the next generation of our industry. Vinnie takes particular pride in establishing and maintaining trusted relationships with everyone he builds with, inside and outside the construction fence.
