Alyssa Reinhardt joined OnderLaw, LLC in 2021 after earning a degree in marketing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, followed by a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law. While completing her degrees, Alyssa remained passionately active in volunteer activities, including the Student Bar Association, Barrister's Ball Executive Board, Women Law Students' Association, Metro East Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Golf Tournament, and Butterfly Dreams Pageant for people with special needs. Angela Mozdzierz

Breanna earned her Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law, where she was a member of the moot court board and a member of an Honors Legal Fraternity, Phi Delta Phi. Breanna is also a member of the Order of the Barristers. Cynthia L. Garber

Due to her extensive medical background and experience, Cynthia has been appointed to numerous plaintiff steering committees in mass tort litigation that manage complex multi-district litigation (MDL) arising from pharmaceutical drug, medical device defects and toxic torts. She has been appointed to MDL and state coordinated proceedings on national science and expert witness committees, at times serving as chair. Cynthia is often asked to speak at various meetings, including lawyer associations and mass tort committees and conferences. She has testified before the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regarding the proposal of labeling changes for approved drugs and biologic products. Cynthia is admitted to practice before all of the courts of the State of California, United District Court, Central District of California, as well as the United States Supreme Court. While at the University of Iowa, Derek served as the Treasurer of Phi Alpha Delta pre-law fraternity. Derek completed his education at Saint Louis University School of Law in 2017. There, he used his business background to earn a concentration in entrepreneurship law. Gerry Guerra

was born and raised in metropolitan St Louis. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a certificate of Spanish proficiency from St. Louis University, cum laude, in 1991. Gerry graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1994, and is licensed and in good standing in Missouri and Illinois. Upon graduation, Gerry joined a well-respected St. Louis law firm and focused his practice primarily on litigating personal injury claims on behalf of plaintiffs. He worked on a variety of serious injury and death cases, including product liability and crashworthiness, motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, and workplace accidents. During his tenure, he also began cultivating a book of business clientele. This work included various types of commercial and real estate litigation involving winding down of business operations, asset distribution, partner disputes, and construction disputes. His work led to him being hired by a business client as its general counsel in late 1997. He remained in-house with this client for 13 years, overseeing all business operations while providing strategic advice to ownership pertaining to management of assets, including real estate development, zoning, condemnation, and eminent domain. Mr. Onder served on the Plaintiffs' Executive Committee in the multi-district class action, In Re: Bayer Corp. Combination Aspirin Products Marketing and Sales Practices Litigation, 09-md-2023, United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Onder has been responsible for consolidating more than 200 cases against Forest Laboratories, Inc. et al. pending in the Circuit Court of Cole County, Missouri and the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, Missouri arising from allegations that the anti-depressant medication Lexapro caused minor plaintiffs to suffer substantial birth defects. Jim is also representing minor plaintiffs who suffered birth defects after their mothers used Zoloft during pregnancy, acting as local liaison counsel in litigation pending against drug maker Pfizer, Inc. et al. in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis. Mr. Onder stood up for consumers, representing a nationwide class in a consumer class action in Superior Court of the State of California, County of Santa Clara, against Apple, Inc. for the labeling of Apple iTunes gift cards and pricing of songs on the iTunes website. Further, Mr. Onder served on the leadership team responsible for providing representation to farmers owning nearly three million acres of corn in the Syngenta Corn Mass Action in federal court in the Southern District of Illinois in which he was able to gain a $1.5 billion settlement.
