A visionary leader, Mr. Rajput has navigated the company by transforming every possible idea into opportunities. His focus is on strengthening the roots of NSCTPL by the adoption of new generation technologies.

He is the Managing director (M.D) of the company. He is having rich professional experience in cooling towers marketing, Erection and commissioning since 1979. He played a vital role in monitoring the company's performance and steering the operations to greater heights. Being at the top of the pyramid, he clearly communicates the vision of the company to inspire staff, investors, and customers. His overall contributions of many years have been immeasurable particularly in areas of marketing, erection, and commissioning.
He had been awarded by th prestigious "UDYOG SHIROMANI PURASKAR" for excellence in the field of management by Dr.Bhisma Narain (Hon'ble former Governor of Tamil Nadu and Assam).
