Because our business started out of necessity of quality parts and supplies for our own car washes, we can honestly tell you what works and what doesn't... In 1985 Fred Clodfelter bought his first car wash in Charleston IL. Fred was operating this self-service car wash and soon became well aware of the need for a local chemicals and parts distribution company. Deciding the best way to know something was done right was to do it himself, Fred created Nu Wave Car Wash Distribution in 1988. Around that same time Fred added the Automatic Car Wash, from Don R Haven's Hydrospray to the Charleston location.
