Andrew commenced working in the construction industry in 1991 as a structural and bridge draftsman, working as a detail draftsman and drafting manager on major infrastructure projects across Australia and overseas such as the Lane Cove Tunnel and M7 Motorway in Sydney. Technical and management skills were developed working to tight deadlines and on highly detailed construction drawings.
