As a Professional Business Analyst and a previous user of ERP applications, Jill provides high quality consultation and training services and deliverables for the Student Records Module; the AR/CR Finance Module and the Finance Module. Jill holds certifications in Applied Computer Science and Business Administration.

Lucie is a key component to OA's continued success. Lucie oversees all business and consulting services. With a broad systems background and extensive experience with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, Lucie and her team provide high quality services and deliverables. Lucie has over 20 years experience implementing and supporting Ellucian's® Colleague® System. Lucie holds a BA in Computer Science.

Michael is a Senior Systems Administrator with more than 20 years experience providing clients with technical leadership and strategic planning for their Information Technology systems. Michael offers expertise in the planning, development and implementation of various large ERP systems, third party products and integration as well as providing operational and user support for many managed services and maintenance engagements. Michael holds numerous certifications across the technical spectrum.
Yi Liang - CEO, President
Yi first joined OA in 2004 as the CFO and took on the role of President in 2012. Yi successfully re-focused the company and directed it to post-secondary information technology support. With sound financial management skills, Yi continues to lead our team of specialists to expand in the niche market of post-secondary information technology and management support in North America. Yi has a BA in Mathematics and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
Yilei is responsible for all long-range financial matters and establishment of company-wide financial and administrative objectives, policies, programs, and practices, which ensure the company of a continuously sound financial structure. In addition, Yilei oversees all human resources activities at OA Solutions. Yilei offers a strong expertise in investment, economic analysis, and financial management. Yilei has an MA in Economics and holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.
