Heidi de Carteret

Job Titles:
  • Office Manager
Heidi was raised in Kent and attended Kent Meridian High School. She has been with Northwest Fleet Lease since 2002 and enjoys working to provide the excellent customer service that our customers have come to expect. Her title is Office Manager and she does a great job of making sure everything runs smoothly. Heidi is married and has two children in college and two in high school. When she is not working, Heidi enjoys sports and spending time with her family.

Jon Carlsen

Job Titles:
  • Controller
Jon is a graduate of Western Washington and has been with Northwest Fleet Lease since 1991. He is married and has two children. Jon is the Controller for the company and spends a lot of time in front of the computer. Jon likes to follow sports especially golf, baseball, and basketball. He has coached both of the children in various sports. "Northwest Fleet Lease offers more than just a lease. We offer fantastic service after delivery."

Larry Anderson

Job Titles:
  • Account Executive
After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, which included a tour in Viet Nam, Larry began his career in Finance. That career began in 1967 and included sixteen years with Seattle First National Bank. In 1989 he moved to the equipment and motor vehicle leasing industry. He joined Northwest Fleet Lease in 2003 and he says the following; "I decided to join Northwest Fleet Lease because I believe in their philosophy of building customer relationships through personalized service." Larry has developed a customer base over many years and he continues to serve those customers today. He is an active member in the Federal Way Rotary club where he has been a member since 1983. "I can save you time and money by providing the best lease solution for your equipment or automotive needs."

Milt Friedley

Job Titles:

Milt started with Northwest Fleet Lease in May 2008. He brings a strong background in vehicle and equipment leasing that goes back to 1978 when he joined First Interstate Bank's equipment leasing division. Milt served as president of the Western Association of Equipment Lessors for four years and is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the leasing industry. Milt has three grown children with families of their own. When time permits, Milt enjoys snowmobiling, boating, and golf. "My philosophy is that Customer Service is most important - that's how you get repeat business and referrals."

Richard Jamison

  • Member of the Seattle Executive Association
Richard started with Northwest Fleet Lease in 1986. Before joining the company, Richard owned an automotive wholesale distributorship and two automotive parts stores along with a machine shop. He understands firsthand what it takes to be a small business owner and the time involved to manage all aspects of the daily operations. Richard has been a member of the Seattle Executive Association for over 20 years. He is a past member of the Kirkland Rotary and a current member of the Tacoma Rotary. He has served all of these groups in various positions as a board member and/or president. When he is not working, Richard enjoys spending time boating, golfing or vacationing in Mexico. "As a former business owner myself, I have seen firsthand the value and benefits available by doing business with Northwest Fleet Lease."

Ron Carlsen - VP

Ron is a native Washingtonian having grown up in West Seattle and graduated from Central Washington University. From college he went to Sears as a management trainee and spent eleven years there. Not wanting to move to Chicago or Los Angeles and climb the corperate ladder, Ron went to work for Fleet Leasing, then in Lake City and later in Bellevue. Fleet Leasing was sold to U.S. Fleet Leasing in the early "80's" so in 1983 he and Steve Keeler started Northwest Fleet Lease. Northwest Fleet Lease has grown to be the largest independent lease company in the state by providing honest and professional advise to customers wanting to lease vehicles and equipment. Ron and Steve are proud of the company they have built and would welcome all web site visitors to experience a professional approach to obtaining a vehicle.

Steve Keeler - President

Steve is founder and president of Northwest Fleet Lease, Inc which he started in 1983. In 2008, the company was renamed Northwest Fleet Lease, Corp. Steve is a graduate of the University of Washington and has spent over 30 years in the vehicle leasing industry. He and his wife, Sandy, have two grown children and four grandchildren. When time allows, Steve likes to visit the eastern Cascades and/or follow Husky sports. He has been a Kent resident for over 24 years. "I believe in creating long lasting business friendships and relationships through providing outstanding service and attention to your needs."

Teresa Shover

Job Titles:

Teresa joined the staff in 2005 to assist in the insurance verification for our leased portfolio. She also assists management as an administrative assistant when needed. Teresa is a graduate of the University of Washington and is a Kent native. She is married and has three children. One is attending school in Charlotte, N.C. to become a NASCAR mechanic and the other two are still at home. When not watching her children race go carts, she enjoys travel and photography. "I really enjoy making the experience of doing business with Northwest Fleet Lease a pleasant one."

Todd Carlsen

Job Titles:

Todd began his second tour of duty with NWFL in June 2008. He worked here previously from 1994-1999. A family move took him to Long Island, NY in 1999 where he continued work in the automotive field with Manheim Auction's Remarketing Solutions. There he led a team of field inspectors appraising automobile lease returns for major finance companies like GMAC, Mitsubishi Motors, and Daimler/Chrysler. Todd transferred back to Seattle in 2003 and continued working for Manheim Seattle. He returned to NWFL as the Used Car Manager and is utilizing his used car experience where he began his automobile career. "Our goal at Northwest Fleet Lease is to make a long term customer, not just a sale."
