Bio Chris Anderson was born in Gainesville, Florida and moved to Ocala when he was three months old. He attended elementary and middle school at Cornerstone School (which is located less than a five minute drive from his current office) before graduating from Belleview High School in 2003. Mr. Anderson then became a "double Gator," ultimately obtaining his bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Florida in 2009, and his Juris Doctorate from the Levin College of Law in 2013. Mr. Anderson joined Gilligan, Gooding & Franjola, P.A. (as it was then named) in 2014, where he has practiced ever since.

Bio Trip Green was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida. Following his graduation from Leon High School, he served in the U.S. Army as an Infantry Soldier and was honorably discharged from the Service in 1989. Mr. Green is a trial lawyer who has been representing seriously injured people for over 20 years. He also represents businesses, construction contractors and estates and trusts in all sorts of legal disputes. Gwendolyn Pasteur Williams was born and raised in Ocala. She received her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida and her J.D. from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. Ms. Williams practices general civil litigation, with her main area of practice focused on trust and estate litigation.

Patrick G. Gilligan - Shareholder

Bio Mr. Gilligan grew up in Ocala. He started first grade at Blessed Trinity Catholic School and graduated from Forest High School in 1976. From there he attended the University of Florida both as an undergraduate and law school. While in college he joined the Marine Corps. He was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in 1980. He served in Quantico Virginia, New Port, Rhode Island, Okinawa Japan and San Diego, California and left the active duty as a Captain. Along the way he married Carol in 1984. After leaving the Marine Corps he returned to Ocala in 1987 to begin practicing law. In January 1991, Mr. Gilligan and Frances King started this firm. A week later, Mr. Gilligan received orders to return to the Marine Corps to serve in the first Gulf War. Mr. Gilligan returned to Ocala after the war concluded and has practiced in Ocala since.

Bio William "Dude" Phelan has practiced as a trial lawyer in Ocala for almost 45 years. During that career, Dude tried many cases in both state and federal courts throughout Florida. During the most recent past, Dude has focused his practice on probate and trust litigation. As he transitions toward retirement, Dude remains of counsel to the firm.
