Bart Lester - CEO, Founder

Mr. Lester is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Oakhurst Realty Partners. Bart has over 25 years of commercial real estate banking and transaction-related experience and co-manages all aspects of Oakhurst Realty Partners including asset repositioning/redevelopment, asset management and leasing. Prior to forming Oakhurst Realty Partners, Mr. Lester participated in investment sale transactions totaling over $3.3 billion during his tenure with Eastdil Secured, a subsidiary of Wells Fargo Bank. Mr. Lester received an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and prior to that, a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University's Robinson College of Business.

Ben Campbell - VP

Ben Campbell is a Vice President with Oakhurst Realty Partners and has over 6 years of experience in commercial real estate. Ben gives his success to the knowledge and wisdom he learned from his mentors, who are among the top leaders in the industry. At Oakhurst Realty Partners, Mr. Campbell is active in land transactions, investment sales, and leasing. Prior to Oakhurst Realty Partners, Mr. Campbell was with Ackerman & Co. where he was awarded Young Broker of the Year in 2016. Mr. Campbell excels at meeting each client's objectives due to his strong interpersonal skills, extensive market knowledge, and employing strategies to maximize value for clients. Ben is on the Board of Directors of the Young Professionals of Habitat Atlanta and a member of Peachtree Road United Methodist Church. A native of Atlanta and a graduate of Druid Hills High School, Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Managerial Science from the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.

Bradley Huff - CMO

Bradley Huff is the Director of Marketing with Oakhurst Realty Partners and has more than 12 years of marketing/graphic design experience in the real estate industry in addition to freelance design. At Oakhurst Realty Partners, Mr. Huff is responsible for overseeing all marketing efforts including: creation of property leasing flyers, corporate signage/collateral, maintaining corporate online presence and coordinating potential leasing opportunities. Prior to Oakhurst Realty Partners, Mr. Huff held a similar position with an established healthcare real estate firm in the Atlanta area. Mr. Huff holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Georgia and an Associate in Arts in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Atlanta.

Brian Chambers - COO

Brian Chambers is Director of Operations with Oakhurst Realty Partners and has over 14 years of commercial real estate experience with a focus on property management, leasing and construction. At Oakhurst Realty Partners, Mr. Chambers leads the Property Management Division and oversees operations for the company's portfolio of retail, office and warehouse properties located throughout metropolitan Atlanta. Prior to starting with Oakhurst Realty Partners in 2018, Mr. Chambers was a Director of Advisory Services with Meadows & Ohly, LLC, where he focused on advising health systems and large medical practices with real estate services including tenant representation, market due diligence, market assessments, asset disposition, predevelopment analysis and overall real estate strategy. As a Portfolio Manager with Meadows & Ohly, Mr. Chambers managed a portfolio in excess of 500,000 SF of on-campus medical office, represented landlords in more than 350,000 SF of leasing transactions and managed first and second-generation tenant improvement projects. Before his time in healthcare real estate, Mr. Chambers was a Project Manager with Hardin Construction and helped manage the construction of two high-rise developments in Atlanta. Mr. Chambers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Eric Carlton - VP

Mr. Carlton is a Vice President with Oakhurst Realty Partners and has over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate with a focus on tenant representation and development. At Oakhurst Realty Partners, Mr. Carlton is active in retail and office leasing, investment sales, and land transactions. Prior to Oakhurst Realty Partners, Mr. Carlton was with Joel & Granot Real Estate for five years and previously served with Grubb & Ellis Co., where he brokered the largest lease transaction in the Gwinnett office submarket in 2008. Before starting his commercial real estate career, Eric worked for several Congressional offices and a trade association in Washington, D.C. He has completed over $115 million in sales and leasing transactions to date, and is one of the few commercial real estate agents in Atlanta to have earned the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED A.P.) designation awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council where he subsequently served on the Steering Committee and the Diversity Committee to write the LEED for Retail - New Construction standards. Eric is a member of the Professional Standards Committee of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and serves on the Board of the Technology Association of Georgia Finance Society. Mr. Carlton holds a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and is a Board Member of the T.U. Atlanta Alumni Association.

Jennifer DeRoche

Jennifer DeRoche is a Senior Accountant with Oakhurst Realty Partners and has over 11 years of accounting experience. At Oakhurst Realty Partners, Mrs. DeRoche oversees and manages all accounting operations for multiple retail, office, and industrial properties as well as oversees corporate accounting. Prior to Oakhurst Realty Partners, Mrs. DeRoche held various corporate and real estate accounting positions including working at IDI Logistics for over five years. Mrs. DeRoche holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia College & State University.

Steve Wohl - SVP

Mr. Wohl is a Senior Vice President with Oakhurst Realty Partners and has over 24 years of experience in commercial real estate with a focus on development, brokerage (leasing and sales), site selection and consulting. At Oakhurst Realty Partners, Mr. Wohl is active in retail and office leasing, investment and land sales. Prior to Oakhurst Realty Partners, Mr. Wohl was a Principal with Village Realty Group, LLC where he focused on advising developer and investor clients and a variety of business clients in acquisitions, leasing, and financial analyses. Previously, he served as a lead Development Manager with Atlantic Realty Partners where he was active in overseeing the development of over 650 multifamily units and 40+ acres of land development in Atlanta over a four year period. Mr. Wohl also has extensive experience in site selection for the telecommunications industry. Mr. Wohl is the Board Chairman for Member of Resources for Residents and Communities of Georgia, a 501(c)(3) affordable housing and community development organization, and was a participant in Urban Land Institute's inaugural class for the Atlanta District Council's Regional Leadership Development Program. Mr. Wohl holds a Master of Business Administration (concentration in Finance) from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs (Cum Laude) from University of Michigan.

Todd Semrau - VP

Mr. Semrau is also the owner of Urban Eats Consulting Group which is a full service hospitality advisor focusing on assisting retail mixed use, restaurants, food halls, food courts, hotels, lifestyle centers and food trucks with a variety of consulting services. Mr. Semrau holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University's Robinson College of Business.
