Mr. Pan is the senior partner of Sinocan Consultant Hong Kong Limited ("Sinocan"), a consulting firm specializing in assisting Canadian companies with strategic partnership, business development, and merger and acquisition opportunities in China. Mr. Pan has over 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, consulting & advisory services in the technology, alternative energy, carbon credit and natural resources industries in China and North America. Mr. Pan has served as a director of the board of TSXV listed Cadillac Ventures and as an advisor of the board of TSXV listed Northern Freegold. Mr. Pan obtained his MBA degree from Richard Ivey School of Business and his Bachelor's of Science from South China University of Technology.

Mr. Canova has over 25 years experience in the mineral exploration industry in Canada, Venezuela, Mexico, and West Africa and four years experience in mineral production in Venezuela. His work has been focused in gold mineral exploration, base and precious metals, uranium and in the last year in the iron ore industry in Quebec. Mr. Canova has been exposed to a variety of geological environments and geological models working on some major projects such as Gold Reserves' Brisas' project, an 8 million oz Au project, Bolivar's Tomi Gold project, and as mine manager responsible for the acquisition and exploration on most of the properties of Alexandria Minerals from 2002 to 2009. Mr. Canova joined Oceanic in January 2011 as Exploration Manager. Mr. Canova has a BSc. in geology from McGill University and continually updates his knowledge through professional short courses, university courses and publications.

Gerrie van der Westhuizen has more than 20 years' experience in the mining and natural resources industry. During this time, Mr. Van der Westhuizen held progressively senior positions in dual-listed resource companies operating in Africa and North America. He has played a key role in those organizations' debt and equity financings and M&A activities, while leading initiatives on financial reporting, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, risk management, treasury management, tax planning, as well as commercial negotiations. Mr. Van der Westhuizen currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Artemis Gold Inc. ("Artemis") and also serves as Artemis' representative on the Board of Directors of Velocity Minerals Ltd. Mr. Van der Westhuizen is a Chartered Accountant (designated in both South Africa and Canada) and holds an Honours Bachelor of Accountancy degree.

Mr. Keep has extensive business experience in investment banking and creating public natural resource companies. Mr. Keep currently is Executive Vice-President of Fiore Financial Corporation, a private boutique merchant banking firm. He also serves as an officer and/or director for several natural resource companies. From January 2001 to July 2007, Mr. Keep was Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Endeavour Financial Corporation, September 1997 until March 2004, he was Senior Vice President and a director of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp., and from April 1987 until October 1997, he was Vice President, Corporate Finance in the Natural Resource group of Yorkton Securities Inc. He obtained his B.Sc. in Geological Science from Queen's University in 1979 and his Master's of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia in 1983 and is a Professional Geologist in the province of British Columbia.

Mr. Reynolds' career includes substantial experience in venture capital development, resource sector development and elected political office, both federal and provincial. Mr. Reynolds served as a Member of Parliament of Canada, 1972 - 1977 and 1997 - 2006 and also as leader of Her Majesty's official opposition. His career in the private sector has included directorships on the boards of numerous public companies, including Calibre Mining Corp. (TSX-V:CXB), Oriel Resources Plc (formerly TSX listed), Rusoro Mining Ltd. (TSX-V:RML), and Terrane Metals Corp. (TSX-V:TRX).

Ms. Cathy Chan has a wealth of experience in the investment of the global resources industry. Ms. Chan has participated in a number of the private equity investments in public mining companies listed at Toronto Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in the past few years. Her career has included the International Business Unit of Bank of China, Hong Kong New World Development Group and the Sino-Canada Natural Resources Fund. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in international finance from Chinese Central University of Finance and Economics and her Master's of Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Steven Dean is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a Member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia. He has extensive experience internationally in mining, including as President of Teck Cominco Limited (now Teck Resources Ltd.). Prior to joining Teck, Mr. Dean was a founding member of management of the Normandy Poseidon Group, (which became Normandy Mining) a co-founder of PacMin Mining Corporation which became a subsidiary of Teck Corporation in 1999. He was also a co-founder and former Chairman of Amerigo Resources Ltd. More recently, Mr. Dean was Chairman, CEO and founder of Atlantic Gold Corporation, focused on gold exploration, development and production in Nova Scotia, which was sold to St. Barbara Limited in 2019 for $802 million after building its Moose River Consolidated Mine on time and on budget and operating at the lowest decile cost profile in the gold sector. Mr. Dean is a recipient of the Viola R. MacMillan Award from the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) for individuals demonstrating leadership in management and financing for the exploration and development of mineral resources. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Artemis Gold Inc. (TSX-V: ARTG), Chairman of Oceanic Iron Ore Corp. (TSX-V: FEO), Director of Velocity Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V: VLC) and Director of St Barbara Limited (ASX: SBM).

Thomas Lau, currently serves as the Executive Director of CapitalAsia, Asia Pacific Region and the Chairman of a Canadian listed company. He is also the Partner of a joint venture fund with a Chinese financial SOE. Mr. Lau has extensive experience in asset management and special asset investment, and has successfully participated in and implemented a number of domestic and overseas investments and exited the invested projects. His professional career has included serving as a senior officer for the Asian Pacific Division of Apple, and Vice President of Dell China. Mr. Lau has an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota and a BS from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
