Dan's real estate career began in 1993 and includes office and industrial leasing, investment sales and national site selection. Since 2000 Dan has sold $250+ mil of stabilized investments and leased more than 1M SF of Class ‘A' office space in King County. Since 2017 he has also been a leader in $100+ mil of apartment acquisitions and ground-up development, 60% of which have already sold ($142 mil) and all of which have met or exceeded pro forma expectations to date. Dan lives in the foothills of Issaquah, WA with his family of four. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, snowboarding, scuba diving, surfing and biking.

David is a seasoned commercial real estate broker known for his successful career in investment sales. As a true futurist, he is constantly seeking innovative ways to add value for his clients. Despite his love for technology, David recognizes the value of "old school" fundamentals, like picking up the phone and building relationships through face-to-face interaction. David believes in building lasting connections and is committed to providing his clients with the best possible service. He always makes himself available to answer clients' questions and address their concerns. With nearly two decades in the industry, he possesses a deep understanding of the market. David is also a highly skilled negotiator with a proven track record of closing deals.
Recognizing the significance of work-life balance, David combines a strong work ethic with his passion for rooting his favorite sports teams on, indulging in fly fishing, and golfing. Above all, he values spending quality time with his wife and two young children.
Prior to co-founding ORION Commercial Partners in 2010, Matthew worked in the CB Richard Ellis Asset Services group where he managed the property accounting, financial reporting, leasing and construction management of a 1.4M SF portfolio. Matthew later built upon this experience at Pacific Real Estate Partners where he specialized in office and flex industrial leasing and investment sales.
His understanding of property performance and lease administration gives him a comprehensive perspective when analyzing and evaluating real estate transactions for his clients. Owners, Investors and Tenants alike benefit from Matthew's broad experience with a variety of asset types and his hands-on knowledge. Matthew graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a degree in Business and a finance concentration. Matthew's business is based on trust and strategic counsel in an effort to best align his client's real estate needs with future operational goals.

Scott Clements is a commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in the Puget Sound area. He specializes in investment and owner/user sales and has a proven track record of success in mediating competitive deals for his clients; representing sellers and/or buyers. Scott is a highly skilled negotiator with a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market.
Scott began his career in 1999 with Leibsohn & Company. Since then, he has successfully represented numerous clients in the acquisition and disposition of their commercial properties. In 2012, he joined ORION Commercial Partners, where he is now a partner and continues to specialize in office, industrial, and retail investment sales.
