Bruce Deep

Bruce has practiced in public accounting since 1987, providing audit, accounting, taxation and consulting services. He spent the first 8 years of his career with Coopers & Lybrand and became a partner at OHCD in 1995. Bruce has extensive experience in delivering financial management consulting and controllership services. Bruce was treasurer and director for a community service group and is a member of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants for Canada and Ontario. When not working diligently for his clients, Bruce may be found spending time with his family on Big Rideau Lake, golfing, curling or skiing.

Eric Wilson

Graduating from Bishop's University with Honors in 2000, Eric spent the next five years working as an accounting manager in industry. In 2005, he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in Montreal where he had the opportunity to work on, and eventually lead the audits of clients ranging from not for profits to public corporations. Eric specializes in not for profit and charities. Eric leads the audits for over 50 such engagements each year. Eric keeps on top of not for profit issues by attending regular seminars, and through his annual continuing education. Eric is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Eric is the Treasurer of the IBD Foundation. And Eric was a professor of accounting at Heritage College in Gatineau, QC.

Fan Gao

A graduate of Brock University where he obtained a Master's Degree in Accounting, Fan is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and Ontario. He has extensive experience in business and financial management, having worked, as a volunteer and staff member, in this capacity with community and business organizations. He joined OHCD in 2010, providing services in audits, tax consultation and preparation, and accounting assistance. Fan is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Jeremy Ouseley

A graduate of the University of Waterloo where he earned a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management (BAFM), Honours with Minor in Economics, and a Master of Accounting (MAcc), Jeremy commenced his career with PwC LLP in Ottawa. At PwC, he had the opportunity to work on a variety of clients, including start-up companies, not-for-profit organizations, private companies, and both US & Canadian public companies. Jeremy became a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and Ontario in 2016. He serves as a Director on Ashbury College Foundation's Board and is a member of the Foundation's Finance and Investment Committee.

José Wilson

José Wilson BComm. CA José qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988. After spending four years with Coopers & Lybrand she was employed by Nortel Networks where she gained excellent experience in several financial management positions. In 2002 José joined OHCD. She provides accounting, audit and consulting services for a variety of OHCD clients.

Lisa Yu

Lisa graduated from University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Commerce and specialized in accounting. Lisa has obtained her CPA CA designation. Lisa's work includes audit services, review and compilation engagements, accounting assitance and corporate and personal tax preperation. She spends most of her spare time with her family, and likes travelling, hiking and skating.

Michael Deep

Michael graduated from St. Francis Xavier University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2018. Michael spent the first 3 years of his career working in the assurance services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Michael joined OHCD in 2021. He qualified as a CPA in spring of 2021.

Roger Ouseley

Gold medalist in the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales in 1975, Roger worked for several years with the international accounting firm of Robson Rhodes in its office in London, England. He relocated to Toronto in 1976 and joined Dunwoody & Co. where he gained experience in Canadian accounting practices, specializing in the auditing of small and medium sized organizations. In 1979, he joined a local CA firm in Ottawa until he started as a sole practitioner in 1985 and later became a founding partner in OHCD. Roger provides professional services to clients in both the not-for-profit and private sectors. He is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and Ontario and was also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales for many years. Roger augments his extensive experience with ongoing professional development courses to ensure that he provides his clients with current information on relevant matters.

Tuan Le

Upon graduation from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Administration, Tuan joined the CGA program and is now entering his fifth level. Tuan also intends to obtain his CA designation in due course. Before joining OHCD, Tuan held senior finance positions with private and not for profit organizations. Tuan's work includes audit, review and compilation engagements, controllership services and corporate and personal tax preparation. Tuan also served as Treasurer for a local church. When not engaged in his work and studies, Tuan can be found biking or living dangerously on local ski hills with his wife and three children.
