As an OEM we custom made products according to our customer requirements as well as produce products under our own brand consisting of OOH, DAI, STM Helmets, Safetymets, etc. Our efficiency in manufacturing as well as our ability to providing quality products and services has resulted in a high customer retention rate for export and domestic clients, a factor of our success. The company has however, underestimated the importance the marketing activities and customer engagement conducts which has cost its STM helmet domestic sale to decline by nearly half over the years. In response the company has opened up a new division OOH International which will assist the main company in both its domestic and international market.
