DWYER & ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS DUBLIN ARCHITECTS ODA MALAHIDE - Key Persons
Paul has more than 18 years of experience in the construction industry. He initially graduated from WIT as an architectural technologist and having completed further studies he is now an RIAI registered architect. Paul is responsible for many of the technical aspects of the projects in the office with extensive experience in delivering large scale residential and commercial projects. Having first joined the practice in 2002, Paul left due to the economic decline in 2009 before being recruited back by the company in 2014 and is now a director.
The practice was founded by Paul O'Dwyer in Malahide in 1976 - beginning as O'Dwyer & Partners and later changing to O'Dwyer & Associates in 1983. Before setting up his own practice, Paul worked with both of Ireland's most celebrated architectural firms, Michael Scott & Partners and Stephenson Gibney & Associates. He was project architect on the Central Bank, Dame Street, Dublin with Stephenson & Gibney Architects.
Paul was still an active member of the practice when he passed away in March 2020.
