Andy J. Campbell

Andy received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2008. He also minored in history and criminology. With an extensive background in history and law-centric topics such as criminology, Andy continued his education at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2011. Andy Campbell helps others who have sustained catastrophic personal injuries or death due to the negligence of others. He is known for his professionalism, compassion, and preparation. Andy's quiet demeanor makes it easy for his clients to confide in and trust him.

Cody Roberson

Cody grew up in Southern Kansas and Northwest Oklahoma. His rural upbringing helped him develop a strong character that values honesty and integrity. Coupled with an unparalleled work ethic and appreciation for a job well done, Cody offers his clients the highest standards of legal representation. Cody started his legal career as a defense attorney for medical professionals. This invaluable experience allows Cody to see both sides of the case clearly and transfer that knowledge to the team. Cody's true passion is helping hard-working individuals who are helpless against the corporations and insurance companies that appear to be more concerned about their profit than people. In 2016, Cody brought his vast litigation experience to the team at Maples, Nix & Diesselhorst. As a pivotal member of our nursing home team, Cody has been a key component to our being able to recover for our clients more than 6 figures in over 15 cases and numerous seven figure recoveries, resulting in over 20 million dollars in recovery. In addition to being a strong team player on the nursing home team, he also works on medical malpractice cases including birth injury cases. In those practice areas his collaboration has added value to each case he has been the associate working the case. Recent cases have resulted in over four million dollars in recovery for our clients. When he's not working, Cody enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He loves coaching his son's baseball team and watching his daughter's dance recitals Cody started his legal career as a defense attorney representing medical professionals. Ray leads our Nursing Home team. It is Ray's goal to rid the nursing home industry of the "profit over people" mentality and help our elderly to be restored to their dignity and receive the respect that they deserve.

Nicole R. Snapp-Holloway

Nicole uses her writing talents to coordinate the firm's appellate work, general research, and brief writing. As a core member of the nursing home team, she is always looking for changes and trends in the long-term care industry. She is passionate about advocating for individuals and their families who have been affected by negligence in long-term care facilities. Nicole's work has shaped Oklahoma law. She was part of the team that successfully battled the nursing home defendants' fight on forced arbitration all the way to the United States Supreme Court. Nicole often works as a mentor for law students and judges mock trial competitions. She is quick to help a young colleague with a research problem or guide them through new litigation techniques. Nicole and her husband Carl love to travel, always looking for new ideas for her cooking passion. At home, they have several cats and dogs that keep them busy. Nicole is a writer at heart but a litigator by nature. She uses those talents to help victims and families affected by the negligent acts, or omission, by nursing home corporations and long-term acute care facilities.

Shea Bracken
