Oglio was a pioneer in the development of the joint venture relationship between artist and label. In 1999 we began entering into artist friendly "profit sharing" deals with our artists. These deals allowed us to work as friendly partners with our artists rather than the typical adversarial relationship seen by so many artists. As a result we have been able to work with some of the biggest names in music and provide the services they needed without the baggage that goes with a major label deal.
