ÖZCANLAR CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE CORP. was established by Mustafa Özcan (Electrical Engineer) and Murat Özcan (Civil Engineer) brothers, to display activity in the field of construction of the public and private sectors, in Istanbul, in 1987... Its first activities were project, consultancy, engineering, contracting services in a room office in Mecidiyeköy/Istanbul. In a short period, many factory constructions in the private sector and the public constructions by tender were completed successfully.
