Brookfield, CBRE, Douglas Emmett and their tenants are just a few of the clients that Charles served while at AUSS. As the Director of Managed Services, Charles works closely with clients and vendors to design security solutions that reduce the man power spend, improve efficiencies and service levels for their buildings. Mr. Denney holds a BA in Business Communications from California State University, Long Beach and is currently studying for his CPP from ASIS International.

Prior to joining Ollivier, Christopher (Chris) Peckham was the Chief Operating Officer for Building Intelligence Inc. where he was responsible for operations including software development, project management, and customer deployments. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, CTO and Special Projects at Kratos Public Safety & Security Solutions, Inc. In his capacity as the CTO, he led efforts on complex projects and programs and was the primary driver of the technology efforts that maintained the company's innovations in emerging trends. He served as CIO of Henry Bros. Electronics at the time of its acquisition by Kratos, and prior to that, he was the Director of Operations for SunGard Higher Education. Dr. Peckham received his Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. in electrical engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and his M.B.A. from Rutgers University. He is a certified information systems security professional (CISSP) and a licensed professional engineer in the state of NJ.

Louis Boulgarides manages field operations and sales at Ollivier. Louis joined Ollivier in 2015 and brings 25 years of experience in the Security Guard and Systems industries. Over the last 8 years, Louis managed all aspects of the Security Systems West Coast operations for Universal Services of America, Inc. Mr. Boulgarides has the unique ability to define security systems that optimize the technology and the quality of the guards' ability to protect assets. Louis's specialty is finding efficient solutions for sites that require guard services. Louis has extensive experience with Local Operations Centers, Regional Command Centers, Global Command Centers, and Managed Access Control and Video. Louis has overseen managed system deployments in excess of 4,000 readers. Mr. Boulgarides received his MBA from Cal Poly Pomona in 2007. Mr. Boulgarides received his Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation from ASIS International in 2006 and he holds a C-10 license from the CSLB - and is a designated Qualified Alarm Company Manager.
