Erin Griffin joined Olde Town Brokers in 2003, after working many years in vacation property sales in places like Hilton Head Island, SC and across the Caribbean. Erin's real estate focus became helping investors create and maintain income from their investment. She has maintained Top Producer status in both sales and property management since joining the OTB family.
Her love of architecture and interior design has inspired her to assist many clients, friends, and family find the perfect home or investment property over the last 18 years.
Originally, hailing from Long Beach Island, NJ and traveling extensively across the country, Erin still enjoys traveling and experiencing new places, people, new foods, and cuisine.

Parker Blanchard has been a proud member of the Olde Town Brokers team for over 2 years. He is also a student at the University of Central Florida and a graduate of William R. Boone High School here in Orlando. Parker graduated in the top 10% of his class with a 4.7 weighted GPA and 9 AP classes under his belt. He was a member of the National Honor Society as well as the Vice President of the Spanish Honor Society with over 185 hours in community service. He is currently majoring in political science on the pre-law track and, in addition to school, he is an active member of Knight's Civitan which is a nationwide community service organization dedicated to assisting the less fortunate.
Having been born and raised in the Orlando area, it's safe to say that Parker has a firm grasp on the region and the properties within it. He has always been a dedicated, loyal, and hard-working man whether it was in school, sports, or work and guarantees: "I will work harder than anyone in order to find you and your family the house of your dreams."

Patricia Sullivan is a homegrown, fourth generation Orlando native and a graduate of Winter Park High School and the University of Central Florida where she earned a full academic scholarship. She holds a degree in Industrial Psychology and has a Florida Real Estate Brokers license. She is a current candidate for CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Patricia started her career in Real Estate in 1997 and joined the Olde Town Brokers family of companies in 2007. She is known by her extensive client base as a "one stop shop" for all real estate related matters. She is a true "Deal Doctor" with an impeccable closing rate on her listings. She has extensive experience in the sale of Downtown Condominiums and Single-Family Homes and also specializes and holds various designations in the sale of Multi-family, Estate listings, Office, Retail, and Mixed-Use Development. She has consistently ranked in the Top 5 agents of Olde Town Brokers for sales. She has also been recognized by Orlando Magazine as a Top Orlando agent year after year and has been annually ranked as a Premier Orlando REALTOR, Real Estate Hot 100, Five Star Professional, 100 REALTOR Hall of Fame, and various investment real estate recognitions. She has sold and leased over $100,000,000 in real estate and easily participated in over 500 transactions.
In her spare time, Patricia enjoys her Winter Park home with her menagerie of rescued animals, mentoring several children in foster care, traveling, being on the Atlantic Ocean and volunteering with animal rescue organizations.

Robert J. Sanders is the Senior Residential Property Manager with Olde Town Brokers and has been with the company since its inception. Recruited in 1994, Bob has worked to promote and develop Olde Town's respected property management division. Prior to joining Olde Town, Bob managed and sold residential and commercial real estate and served as a real estate paralegal. He is also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Bob brings over 30 years of property management experience in the luxury residential rental market and currently manages an extensive portfolio of properties for local, out of state, and international owners. Since his tenure with Olde Town Brokers, he has been responsible for procuring over $25 million in residential leasing transactions, making him a consistent ‘top producer' portfolio consists of outstanding downtown Condominiums, single family homes, lofts, and vintage apartments across all of Central Florida.
