John Puglisi

John has been providing pre tax benefit solutions (FSA, HRA, Transit, Parking and COBRA) for over 14 years. His philosophy of putting the client first has allowed him to provide solutions to some of the largest public and private corporations in the New York City area. John believes employee satisfaction is not only the greatest goal, but is the center of any client solution. His expertise in the field continually leads to increased enrollment and provides significant tax savings to both the employer and employee. Prior to working in the benefit administration industry, John provided enterprise wide computer solutions in the banking, financial and manufacturing marketplace. This background has enabled him to bridge the gap between IT Departments and the employers' requirements, allowing for innovative solutions and increased customer satisfaction. John holds a degree in Economics and Finance from St. John's University. He grew up on Long Island and currently resides in Queens, New York. He is an "expert" on the history of baseball and football.

Joseph Priselac - CEO

Julianne Musielak

Julianne began her career at P&A in 1996 and is the driving force behind our operational processes and procedures. She has extensive experience in management, administration, compliance, customer service and quality control. Julianne's passion for delivering a positive customer experience is evident in how she keeps P&A focused on providing quality customer service from every level. In 2007, Julianne was appointed Vice President of Operations, where she currently oversees various administrative departments and provides additional support to IT and Sales. She is responsible for the management, development and continuous improvement of P&A's operational productivity across all administrative areas. A graduate of SUNY Buffalo State, Julianne is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Kevin Zola

Kevin joined P&A Group in 2011. As a Benefits Consultant, he offers employee benefits options for nationally recognized insurance brokers and companies, providing guidance on regulatory changes under Health Care Reform for clients in New England, Philadelphia and Chicago. Kevin is acutely aware of the challenges facing the health care industry and works closely with clients and brokers to help select the right options for their benefit offerings. He is a member in good standing with the Emerging Business Leaders of Buffalo, NY, the Organization of Public Employer Negotiators (O.P.E.N.), and has also been a guest speaker on industry topics including health care reform. A graduate of Niagara University, Kevin obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He also earned his Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in strategic marketing from Niagara University. Additionally, he holds his New York State Life, Accident & Health Insurance License. In his free time, Kevin is an avid hockey fan and plays competitively.

Michael A. Rizzo - President

Michael joined P&A Group's CEO, Joseph Priselac, in 1978. Together the two Buffalo natives increased the two-person company to over 140 employees today. As President of the P&A Group, Michael is responsible for ensuring that the company runs smoothly and efficiently. He makes certain that the business model remains customer focused and that customer service is paramount across every division of P&A Group. Michael is a graduate of Canisius College, where he received his Bachelor's of Arts and Master's of Arts degrees in English. He is an interactive, proud member of the Buffalo community and is involved in several business ventures and real estate development opportunities.

Nicholas Priselac

Nick is a member of the Information Security Audit and Control Association and the International Association of Privacy Professionals. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP). He has degrees in Operations & Strategic Management and Philosophy from Boston College.

Richard Swanson

Richard has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry and has worked with several of the largest financial service organizations in the world. He has an extensive background providing advice to companies and individuals relative to retirement planning. Richard has also worked throughout his career to develop and refine comprehensive financial planning services for business owners and professionals who, among other things, aspire to a work-optional lifestyle. Richard is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University. A lifelong resident of western New York, he and his wife Nancy live in Silver Lake, NY. In his spare time Richard enjoys fishing, golf, snow skiing, and is a 7-time Ironman triathlete.

Rick Neward

Rick began his career at P&A as an intern in 2001 while attending college in Buffalo, NY. After graduating from Canisius College with a Bachelors of Science in Finance and Economics, Rick joined P&A full-time in 2003. Since then, Rick has focused extensively on expanding P&A's broker relationships on a national basis. After several years working at the home office in Buffalo, Rick moved to Raleigh, North Carolina to expand P&A's presence in the region. Looking to continue P&A's national expansion, Rick relocated to Southern California in 2008 to give himself greater access to West Coast clients and brokers. He has extensive experience designing and implementing FSA, HRA, HSA, COBRA, Commuter and Retiree Billing services. Rick supports P&A's broker partners and clients around the country.

Steve Brostko - VP of Sales

As the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Steve drives new business initiatives and oversees the Buffalo sales team, working closely with our benefits consultants to continually expand employers' benefit solutions. Steve also works collaboratively with brokers throughout the country and has exponentially grown our relationships with key industry leaders. His experience working closely with school districts and municipalities on implementing complex benefit plan designs helps him provide cost effective, efficient solutions that compliment marketplace trends. Steve has been part of the P&A team since 2005. He resides in Lake View with his wife and three sons.

Steve Fox

Steve Fox currently works as a Benefits Consultant out of our headquarters in Buffalo, N.Y. While he devotes a large portion of his time to growing his broker relationships in Pittsburgh, Syracuse and the Mid-Atlantic area, Steve travels extensively and is always willing to go the extra mile for his clients, no matter where they're located. He prides himself on his quick response time and in supporting his clients and brokers. Prior to joining the P&A Group, Steve held a position at JFG Marketing Firm. He also helped establish and incorporate the non-profit organization 7 Chances, which serves to help individuals in need who are unable to get support from other resources, as well as promote educational opportunities for people with disadvantages. Steve's passion for volunteerism and connecting people has helped significantly grow 7 Chances, which currently serves the upstate New York area. A graduate of Buffalo State College, Steve obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing. During his collegiate career, Steve was a four year member of the men's soccer team, a sport he continues to play competitively today. In 2013, Steve was the recipient of the 30 Under 30 award, sponsored by Buffalo Business First, for his professional achievements.

Vincent Caruso

Vincent Caruso, a P&A Group Benefits Consultant, brings a fresh perspective to the employee benefits industry. Joining P&A in 2014, Vincent (or Vinnie), is a proud graduate of Niagara University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Human Resources. Previously, Vinnie enjoyed being a part of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). In his spare time, Vinnie volunteers and supports several non-profit organizations, including Habitat for Humanity. Since joining P&A Group, Vincent earned his New York State Life, Health & Accident insurance license. While he eagerly explores all business opportunities across the country, Vinnie continues to grow broker relationships in Kansas City, Atlanta and South Carolina. He is dedicated and passionate about all areas of employee benefits and is committed to finding the best healthcare solutions for employers and their staff.
