OIP Engineering provides Civil Engineering Services for our clients in the Montgomery County, Maryland, and Washington, D.C... OIP Engineering also provides Permit Running for DC Water Site Utility Plans, DC SWM and Erosison and Sediment Control Plans and for Montgomery County SWM and Sediment Control Plans that we prepare... In 2007 the assets of the company were transferred and the new company was named Oyster, Imus, Petzold & Associates, LLC (aka OIP Engineering). Today, we are a small company with two Professional Engineers and an Office Manager. Our surveying services are sub-contracted to local surveyors who we have worked with for years.
